TMS Legal won my case with my bank in what was an easy process from my point of view. They asked some questions and then took care of all the legalities concerning my claim. In a short period of time my bank contacted me to say my claim was being upheld and TMS Legal assured me that payment would be forthcoming shortly, it did take a few texts and emails on my part but it was in my bank account and it was a substantial amount. I would not hesitate to use TMS Legal again for any future claims, they are professional and courteous especially Shane who took the time to keep me up to date and ensured I was paid quickly.

Biggest waste of time, took over a year for the bank to get back to me letting me know the claim wasn’t going to be taken any further, during this time I was the one continuously asking for updates. Even still, I received a letter from the bank advising the case was not going to be taken any further with no payout & my last update from TMS was on 28th May, no one has reached out to let me know the outcome…

From start to finish TMS Legal are very professional and ensure you are kept upto date with the claim.
Once claim had been upheld and payments made to TMS, they where very quick in forwarding on my funds.
Also all staff I spoke to where helpfull and friendly.

Promised me they would help with a Lloyds overdraft. I now have a default on my credit score, been refused a mortgage application. Lloyds have given them thousands of pounds of my compensation. They keep lying saying they don’t have it and are refusing to pay out! Do not go near these crooks! I’m informing the police, the financial ombudsman and anyone who will help me destroy these thieves!

This company tells lies and this company are fraudsters at the highest level, This company told my wife they would help with cost from lloyds bank. What happend was far from the truth they told her they would help but it ended with a default on her credit file because of these people. This has had a huge impact on getting a mortgage because of thier lies. Not only this Lloyds have paid them and not a penny has been handed over to my wife. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
