Well I thought TMS Legal were good and helped me win a vanquis claim. That is until I paid my commission fee of almost £400 (which I paid 1 whole year ago now as soon as I got my payment through). Anyway, I have now started to receive constant emails and texts saying that I’ve not paid - I even emailed proof that I have and it’s being completely ignored! Then they tell you to call up and the phone line just disconnects! Awful!

Basically i had a £1200 debt with aqua, contacted TMS , Aqua then sold my debt onto a different company, TMS are trying to claim they cleared my debt when they have not it has been sold on so i still have to pay that back and now they want over £600 for not clearing my debt at all!! Absolute scammers , stay well away! They are constantly chasing me now , even though they know they have put me in a far worse place financially that i started with , zero morals....

I started this claim with the credit card supplied to me about a year ago and TMS legal have kept me informed all the way through the process, finally resulting in me receiving several thousands of pounds in compensation, my balance was also cleared. TMS received several thousands in their fee but if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have received anything so well worth the wait. Communication has been excellent all the way through. From the moment I got in contact with this legal team, the service has been consistant and professional. There level of communication was on point. The regular updates of the progression of my claim gave me confidence to know that this company will provide me the best possible outcome. Saying that, I was happy with the outcome, receiving more than what I thought I would.
