Terrible service

Terrible service. Changes the tracking date it arrives. Lot of shady underhand that goes on. Thinking about exposing this service to the media. Need to sort their staff out asap

Worst Freight Company in NZ Avoid at all cost

terrible always have issues one of my suppliers use PBT and stuff always takes 2 weeks minimum if it makes it at all been waiting 5 weeks for a package atm and they don't care refuse to use them anymore will freight forward through NZC instead now atleast the package will make it

My parcel is still sitting in Drivers…

My parcel is still sitting in Drivers Bay 408 since 938am yesterday, rang and asked it it would be delivered today and she said NO Monday at the latest. This is unacceptable when you pay for next day service. Monday is to late for me Grand daughters Birthday is Saturday. Blames driver shortages on why its not being delivered, told not my problem paid for over night and I expect overnight service

will never use again

10 days to deliver first package, arrived so beaten up and damaged. second package never arrived, sender in daily contact, described them as "hard to deal with" and PBT finally admitted it "lost". i suspect staff stealing personally. sender (nation wide chain) in process of changing to NZ POST, because of poor service..

Absolutely terrible service

PBT are the worst courier company I have ever had delivering packages
Took overnight to bring a package from Auckland to Tauranga then 6days to deliver it to Papamoa and in the end they had to employ another courier company to deliver it
DONT ever use them

The worst courier service I have ever…

The worst courier service I have ever experienced. They left a card 7 days ago (no need, just wanted non contact delivery left). They promise redelivery within 24 to 48 hrs. It’s now 168 hours. No tracing system for redelivery, no notification at time of delivery, Customer Service reps just say yes we know you wanted redelivery. I had 100% better service from Courier Post and Aramex during Lockdowns and pre Christmas busy ness and shortages. I would NEVER choose this company. Unfortunately the business from whom I ordered made this unwise choice.

Simply terrible.

4 days to deliver a package between suburbs in the same city. Rung them at 9am, and 11am this morning to see where the hell my package is.... still waiting for a call back at 2pm. Poor customer service and service in general.

Personally for 3DLSS PBT issues have…

Personally for 3DLSS PBT issues have been ongoing for a long time before Covid.
It is only recently I have notified my supplier of the issues due to now not wanting to directly be in contact with PBT.
Given up emailing direct or contacting by phone on hold for 45mins x1 > 35mins x1> 47mins x1 > 27mins x1 I hung up due to another incoming call.
Sent historical screen shots of PBT time on cell phone to PBT
If I wasn’t confined to working from home due to covid lockdowns Or my own Long term covid I would not have had the time.
Previously only when damaged goods on arrival PBT have been contacted.
Recent examples: Lost items> 1/3 x1 of consignment sent to Tauranga then another 5 days to track down > 50% x1 of order delivered> 10/15 x5 working days from the pickup day> damaged packaging and goods. Had to go personally 3 times to PBT depot to uplift goods prior to covid.
PBT Tracking system not worth the posting Or following.

 PBT Staff not communicating with useful ETA information. Deliberately evasive and not responding with the promise of a follow up message . We could go on.
 3DLSS are reluctant to place orders with distributor due to 99% chance of being a drama we could all do without.
• By the reviews below PBT delivers issues are throughout NZ.
• Comments in link below and diabolical experiences are not unique to 3DLSS.
• Suggest GPS tag in Or attached to a box to Monitor PBT They are not expensive. Same as used on international luggage.

Unpleasant disorganized

Unhelpful, as a local employee- skilled class 5 swinglift driver- pbt went out of their way making life difficult, from no tab password, to no gate keys _ no wonder they have to import staff . !

I shopped some clothes online

I shopped some clothes online. Two shops both used PBT to be the delivery company. Twice PBT who not deliver my packages and I tried to contact the staff, the customer service people and hotline are the worst ones. Never get chance to in touch with PBT. We suggest we shouldn't use the PBT service any more, the worst courier company.

PBT demonstrates the epitome of blatant…

PBT demonstrates the epitome of blatant bad service. Online tracking systems are pointless and unreliable. We "were" a business customer of theirs using them daily. After consistently and consecutively loosing and damaging our goods each valued around $1000.00 each with no communication and minimal customer assistance we have closed our account and strongly recommend to stay away from this company. It is obvious that this company has serious flaws in the processes which prevent them from providing the service which their customers are paying for.
Good luck with anyone trying to speak to the necessary departments.... Hope you like hold music.

PBT are without a doubt the worst…

PBT are without a doubt the worst courier company I have ever dealt with.
It’s taken over two weeks for them to send my package across Auckland AND IT IS STILL NOT HERE!
Customer service were completely unhelpful. The tried to claim about attempting to deliver it. The house is under 24/7 surveillance with cameras and no sign of them at any stage.

No Respect or Professionalism Shown

If I could give a negative star as part of the review I would. The product I ordered was dumped off the truck on a rural road at least 30m from my driveway (after waiting for 3 weeks and lies about it's arrival). I know it was dumped, as the underneath of the pallet was all smashed. I was FUMING and wanted to ring PBT and go off. Decided this would be a complete waste of my oxygen. Instead emailed the nation wide company the product came from and included pictures of damage etc and a link to this site and suggested they change who they use to deliver their goods. Thanks partly to my email and a couple of other complaints, they no longer use PBT. A satisfying outcome for me as PBT shows no professionalism what so ever. What a bunch of muppets:(

Businesses really should reconsider…

Businesses really should reconsider using this company for courier services. More than 2 weeks has passed and still parcel has not been delivered, sender and receiver are both in Auckland. Waited in the queue to talk to customer service and the call was suddenly disconnected. Was told via email that it will be delivered "today" but it has been 2 days since and still nothing. Their tracking information is also not updated so you won't really know what has happened to your parcel. I do not recommend this company. I understand that it is a busy time but at least be honest and do not make empty promises. There are other courier companies that are so much better out there.

This company should not be in trade

This company should not be in trade. If I treated customers this way I would be out of business.
Customer service lady in Dunedin hang up on me whilst I was querying why my delivery has taken 9 business days and is still not delivered.
Package sent from Auckland to Hampden in Nth Otago got as far as Timaru, then they sent it back to Auckland to go to Dunedin.
Has cost me time and money.

I shall not deal with a business that uses PBT for transportation.

Do not use them, do not.

Without doubt the worst courier experience I have ever had. There is no contact even though they have a contact email. I never got any response back after multiple times emailing. They had on their "tracking" that my item was delivered, which it wasn't, then they said they found it! Then it didn't arrive again. The company I bought the product from had to remake and resend as they were getting no feedback from PBT also. Do not use them. Do not.

Still waiting

Currently have a parcel somewhere around the country. Should have gone from Nelson to Taranaki but for some reason it has arrived in Whangarei. It's been a week since it was sent and still hasn't arrived. This is just one of two that I'm still waiting for.

My package update said delivered and…

My package update said delivered and that was delivered only afew minutes ago when I had checked the time now I know they couldn’t have delivered it infront of my doorstep because I was waiting infront as I was in the lounge having breakfast. I check the front door to find nothing I called PBT customer service about my package saying delivered but I hadn’t received my package. Long story short. My package was across the drive opposite where I stay and it had been delivered to the wrong house. I’m only glad I had only spotted my package through the upstairs window where I could see a box (they sent me the picture to my email of what my package looks like and what door it was infront of) glad I was able to grab my package that it hadn’t been taken or stolen.
