I had a 80kg pallet with parcel from MyTools delivered, ordered on Saturday arrived Thursday. Excellent communication from company and driver who was very helpful. Exceeded expectations.

Worst courier service! Been waiting 6 days for 2 parcels. Tracking has said onboard with delivery driver but not delivered. Tried phoning them to collect myself but no reply on phone.
Tried to send my package back to Aus due to minor error
They were going to send my package back to Australia without contacting me because I accidentally put Auckland instead of Northcote as the suburb - the rest of the address was correct and the postcode + city was there. Initally, when my package was taking too long I checked the tracking to see what was up, and saw the package had been in Auckland for a few days but said "held -return to sender". I had to contact the company where I bought my package from and they told me the issue and gave the correct suburb to PBT. How ridiculous that instead of just using the postcode or contacting someone to get the correct suburb they would just send the package back to sender 😂 ridiculous. And I still havent received it after a few weeks even though its just sitting in Auckland somewhere

Completely and utter useless imcompetant couriers with no communication/customer service nor ethics what so ever.
Goods from a Northland store to Wgtn took a week to arrive...Signed and Delivered...but not to my address.
Told seller I have CCTV footpage of no such delivery.

" This was delivered incorrectly – our team is working to redeliver correctly "
No apology and that was the last words heard of them after ignored emails.
Seller did own lnvestigation and found where parcel was. TOLD PBT to redeliver by Friday..5 days later nothing so told me where it was..

Then they delivered to the complete wrong address in the complete wrong suburb! (I double checked I made all the correct details while ordering) this dress was for an important event which my dress won’t be here for on time.

The Worst Delivery company on planet earth. Literally have been waiting weeks for a package from Aus. It has been sitting at their warehouse for over 2 weeks now and the website does not give me any information at all. Avoid purchasing any goods that uses this provider as their delivery service
Really bad service
Really bad service. You struggle to get hold of anyone at customer service and then they have delivered your parcel to the wrong place. They also take twice as long as anyone else.

This is by far the worst courier service I have ever experienced, I have stopped ordering online from companies who deliver with pbt. They have never delivered a package in a timely manner. When I had COVID they picked something up in my own city to deliver to me and 2 weeks later it was still sitting in their warehouse I had to go and pick it up. Tracking details are never correct and the customer service is very poor.

They are crap. They delivered the package to a similar but wrong address, which they did not deny, but did nothing to fix it. The wrong address denied receiving it, even though it was tracked, and they, PBT, just "walked away" Do not use them.

This is the worst courier service in existence. My parcel has been with the delivery driver for 3 days and not yet delivered to me. When calling I was told complete unprofessional lies about it reaching me before 5 today. Don't ever use this service if you want to actually receive your parcel
Parcel left in rain, delayed service
This service was by online store I made purchase with and paid for shipping. This is one of the slowest delivery service and my parcel just sat at the depo for 11 days. And to make the matter worse……parcel was left outside in the rain for another three hours until it was spotted. No efforts were made to leave parcel in shaded porch area.

Slowest courier company
PBT is one of if not the slowest courier companies I have ever had to deal with. I put in a order on Tuesday from Wellington to Auckland which was picked up on Thursday and arrived at the Auckland branch on Friday morning. It was then the weekend so I didn’t expect the package to be delivered until Monday earliest which was fine. It is now Thursday morning and my package has just been sitting in their Auckland branch since Friday morning. I am still currently waiting on my package do not recommend this company at all.
NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
This has been the worst experience of a courier company I have ever had in every and I repeat, every respect. Over two weeks to get two items sent from Christchurch to Auckland. Failed to deliver twice, then only delivered one package. Lost the other one. Customer service is useless. I have had to call this company 11 times in the last three days. Each time I have had to wait on hold for between 20 and 30 minutes to get to talk with a human. Then promise after promise to call me has been used just to get me off the phone. Now I am told that the service to my area only comes three days a week. They have lost a $4,000 item. They can't tell me which days they deliver. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COURIER COMPANY.

Nearly 2weeks to deliver a small parcel from NI to SI and still waiting.
Did not forward tracker number.
Ring and receive a 2 minute monologue before you get a live human.
Then have investigate.
And to cap it all they are 33% more expensive than Courier Post.
Avoid them at all costs.
Just stay away.
Terrible, terrible company to deal with. Will never use them ever again.

Worst transport service I'v ever experienced
I'v been working with them with my company for 4 years. The courier service is not bad to date. The transport one in the last 6 months has been a disaster.If you have a business that needs to ship large parcels on a pallet just stay away from them! Lately the quality of the service has collapsed. It takes them 2 to 3 weeks to deliver even a medium sized box. We shipped with them a pallet in early November and they didn't delivered it yet! But of course the billed it and it seems that we cannot even apply for a refund. They are just ridiculous. Stay away, worst transport and customer service I'v experienced in 30y+ of my career.
PBT worst customer service.
Yer its Christmas but come on they could at least answer there phone or email. Maybe not turn off comments and messages on social media. Just straight up radio silence. I just want to know when my package will arrive. If its going to be late at least communicate with your customers.
