Jon reinstalled windows 10 on my all in one PC, talked me through everything he was doing & explained the choices i had.
When things failed a week later due to my hardware Jon was there to help again and get me going.

Within an hour he arrived and made the fix necessary, which was excellent service considering he was travelling first thing the following day. Rapid response at its best!

My Apple Mac Air display had broken and needed to be replaced. The way the Apple store treated me devastated me, but I was ecstatic about how quick and welcoming Jon was.
