Communication and quality PCBs ordered a few times and they all work great.

I ordered from PCBWay multiple times now and all the PCBs turned out very nice. Surface finish and precision of the boards always fascinates me. They provide high precision PCB services for a very low price and the shipping was fast and easy too. Having access to their service changed the evolution of my project and I highly recommend to give it a try.

We have been using PCBWAY now for over 4 years and have ordered over 60 bare board and board assemblies of various sizes and quantity.
The delivery time for boards to the UK is generally quicker than using UK based manufacturers and the quality is always top notch. The communication from PCBWAY is also superb with all stages of production clearly flagged.
I would 100% recommend this company to anyone else.

I'm from the Netherlands and I very much recommend ordering your PCB's here. This was the first time I designed a PCB and after some Googling I decided to place my order at PCBWay. Because of the low price, I didn't really expect good service. I was wrong, the service was excellent! They contacted me to point out some mistakes in my design (paths leading to side of the PCB, making the PCB prone to corrosion and other problems) and asked if they should proceed anyway, or wait for a new design. I rectified my mistakes and sent a new design. They then very quickly made the PCB's and sent them through airmail!. So the process of placing my order, rectifying my mistakes and receiving the PCB's took only 5 days, of which two were in the weekend. The PCB's were packaged very well in bubblefoam, in foam, in a small box, in a bag. If I had ordered these in the Netherlands, it would have cost me three times as much and I doubt they would have pointed out my mistake. I even think it would have taken longer to receive the items. I'm very grateful for the more than excellent service that was provided!

Absolutely phenomenal to both use and work with. Everything was spot on, just as ordered. PCBWay was very nice and willing to help over email. Overall I could not recommend PCBWay more, honestly phenomenal boards, and phenomenal service. If you're looking to have some PCBs made you're in the right place.

Fantastic customer service and communication. Received 5 high quality assembled PCBs in only a couple of weeks. Received photos during the process to confirm part orientation and any other details.

J'ai fait faire il y a 1semaine une carte double couche pour tester. Honnêtement la prestation est de très bonne qualité. Le prix très correct et le délai de livraison respecté. ( reçu 1 jour en avance). Il faut tester ses gerbers en ligne, cela est très pratique. Bon j'ai pris fedex. Le coût n'est pas négligeable. Je pense essayer très prochainement l'assemblage pour voir si le tarif est competitif.

Terrible company. PCB was non-functional. No replacements are refunds, just ship me a bad product and never get help again.

Been using PCBWay for making prototype PCBs for a while now, as a hobbyist it has been very easy and cheap to get PCBs manufactured and assembled.

As hobby electronic maker for my PCB i use always PCBWay, its cheap fast and they made high quality PCBs. I like it that you an customise all what you need for your project before send for fabrication. I recommend to other to use it.

They offer the greatest pcb service I know of. Their service is butter smooth from uploading my files to receiving the products. If they encounter a design concern, they waste no time in contacting you to verify the solution.

Being able to trust that all of my files would be used to their fullest extent without any major modifications being needed on my side, in order to have a PCB manufactured and delivered n schedule and with an amazing quality control process is just what I want in a manufacturing service. Their customer support was amazing all throughout the process up to and including delivery!

I recently used their metal 3D printing service and was disappointed with the outcome. The prints exhibited excessive overhanging and were generally unsatisfactory, deviating significantly from what I expected. When I sought accountability, I encountered resistance; it felt as though they had an excuse for everything, deflecting any responsibility for the issues.

Although I found their other services to be acceptable, my experience with the metal 3D printing and customer service was frustrating. Communication with June, one of their representatives, was particularly challenging. Every concern I raised about the print quality was met with a dismissive and brief response, asserting that everything was fine. It felt like hitting a brick wall, leading me to reluctantly accept the subpar quality.

Given this experience, I see no value in reaching out to them again. The interaction left me with the impression that any complaints would be dismissed or attributed to supposed issues with my STL files. Despite this, thank you for the effort.

1st Order: Boards only, smudged screen print but functional.
2nd order - all PCBs were unusable and we were asked a series of strange questions like: which way round should a simple SPDT switch go. (Any way would work!)
3rd Order: 3 out of 5 PCBs were poorly manufactured - LEDs not working, buzzer on a board not working.
4th Attempt at an order: They are an organisation that is borderline racist - they refused to manufacture a second PCB because the screen print had a flag on it. They claimed customs would not allow flags on products - take a look at the customs website and aliexpress and this is clearly not the case: PCBWAY had an issue with the country where I am based.

PCBWay is sponsoring the ongoing development of modules that are being added to the TEC-1G ecosystem. I'm impressed how proactive they are in finding projects like this one and encourage and foster such development. Thank you, PCBWay!
