I found this company PCD solicitors online, gave them a call to see if they could help me in a case I had from being arrested.
I spoke with Brian who advised that yes they could help as they specialise in this.
I paid them a fixed fee as this is what they are, and can't complain as they set straight to work on my case and contacted the PC dealing and investigating the alleged allegations, after 20 weeks of worrying and.been on bail I received an email from Rhiannon the legal assistant advising me that no further action was being taken and the case is now closed,
I would recommend PCD Solicitors to anyone wanting good advice and service and for the best possible outcome.

I am writing this review because I feel very strongly that PCD deserve the recognition for what they do. They changed my life.
I was accused of something that never happened and was put through extremely tough times for nearly 3 years.
Without the support of my family, friends, and all at PCD I don’t know where I would be right now.
They are professional but also totally supportive on a human and friendly level, they understand the importance and seriousness of the work they provide, yet always made me feel at ease when I was over thinking or stressing about things.
I would like to say thank you Brian and Libby in particular as they were by my side throughout the difficult time I faced, always happy to answer the phone or text with any worries I had.
This company has helped me get my life back on track as it should be and I will always be grateful.

Great initial consultation, helped me to understand the process and very reassuring about my situation.

Currently pursuing a complaint with PCD solicitors. They profess to doing more than a legal aid solicitor but in reality, sit back and do very little. They provided no updates on our case and when questioned about lack of effort on their side, was told all the worst case scenarios to scare us into being quiet. Very unscrupulous sales tactics by their business to get you to part with a huge fixed fee.

Marcus Johnstone is a man of his words and has a superb team behind him. On our initial discussion he reassured me and within a few weeks had the case resolved by making representations to the police and CPS which resulted in a "No further action".

I fully recommend PCD Solicitors to anyone who's had allegations of this nature made against them. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Overwhelmed with the advice, service and representation that I received from PCD Solicitors whilst handling a rape case for me. There were a number of complications with the case including an historic allegation, excessive bail conditions and an unlawful sexual harm prevention order.
