I was arrested 30/12/2025 first time in my life.
Shock, which I was dealing with and the accusations made against me, my professional and personal reputation, everything was too much to deal with.

I was arrested in 2022 for very serious allegations made against me. The duty solicitor the police assigned to me, told me I was looking at double figures prison time.

My daughter recently had an issue regarding train travel fare evasion; it was actually an out-of-date railcard, but it amounted to the same thing in the eyes of the law, and certainly to the train company involved.

I made contact with Ian following a malicious allegation which was made by a third party in the name of an elderly relative—without the alleged "victim" actually being aware of the nature of the allegation. I spoke to Ian Graham for the first time shortly after my arrest. During that initial conversation Ian was able to instantly put me at ease, sensing the distress in my voice. He had personally agreed to oversee my case due to its sensitive nature. I was released on bail while the investigation continued, the bail conditions prevented me from staying at my family home. Ian and the team worked closely with OiC (Office in charge) of my case, submitting representations on my behalf to have my bail conditions eased, allowing me to return to the family home. The police investigation was over an eight month period. At the end of the fifth month, the representations submitted by Ian, resulted in all my bail conditions being completely eased! This certainly helped save my marriage with my wife, keeping my family unit together. This also helped set the tone for the reminder of the case.

I had regular catch-ups with Ian and the team, every two-weeks on average. This gave me an opportunity to ask any questions. These regular touch points were useful and informative and allowed me to air any concerns, ensuring they were being dealt with. The team were non-judgemental and always tried to help answer my questions. I was also able to email if I had any specific queries outside of the scheduled meetings.

I had the chance to observe Ian in court during my initial court hearing. I found him to be an ultimate professional.
