This PC was for my son, he does gaming and creating games and needed something powerful and that wasn’t going to overheat. This PC, though expensive for me, was totally worth every penny. He hasn’t stopped raving about it

The website allowed a clear understanding of what spec’s of PC’s that were available and facilitated a seamless transition to ordering my choice.
I emailed pc gaming cases to give them clear delivery instructions as we live in a fairly remote area. The communication from the company was excellent and I received reply’s to my emails within a very short time.
Although I did eventually have an issue with the delivery of my new PC, this was not down to PC Gaming Cases but rather the lazy and intransigent DPD driver. I contacted PC Gaming Cases again re the issues with the delivery from DPD and they chased things up and ensured the delivery was made the next day.
The PC I ordered and received is exactly as described and arrived very well packaged. The set up was easy (once I worked out how to open the tower case and remove the packaging inside) my fault for not properly reading the included instructions. The PC is very quiet even with the seven fans running inside the case and I have to say the case itself is beautiful.
The only minor issue I have has is with the included Realtek wifi 6 nano adaptor, which was fine on the day I set it up but the next day decided it would not connect to my Starlink router. I should have contacted PC Gaming Cases for a replacement but I needed an internet connection for work and therefore replaced the Realtek myself with a TP Link WiFi 6 dual antenna adaptor.
In all I am very pleased with my new PC and extremely happy with the communication from PC Gaming Cases and would recommend them for their communication and quality of the PC.

Well built machine with an uncomplicated Windows setup routine.

Bought a low end gaming pc for my son (who can afford memory and decent GPUs these days). The case is excellent, supplied Gigabyte motherboard very adequate, decent CPU and GPU.

Would be hard to match the price using component parts.

Bought a pc for my daughters birthday. I set it up ahead of time. The WiFi dongle doesn't work. I sent an email and have had no response.

I am not sure how we found this company and the guys that work there but let me say "The best thing we've ever done"
As a company ourselves we can be pretty set in our ways, but we told them our Pc needs and the software we were running (as we are running CADCAM) etc and the communication in return was brilliant.
With a too and fro of emails we were able to get the right spec for what we needed and with a great deal of forethought by them in future proofing without the need of a whole new Pc.
We received 2x bespoke builds cheaper than our local large supplier.
Speed of the deliver was second to none 2-3 days - Seriously you can't beat that.
So all in all highly recommended and my future goto supplier.

i bought the PC came perfect with no damage but now after 2-3 weeks of playing games ect there is a buzzing noise coming from the top radiator i think, im not sure what it is but its loud and annoying and not the quietness i expected
