Unfortunately the first machine ordered was not functioning correctly and was regularly crashing during a game. This was very disappointing as it was ordered for a birthday present.

I got in touch with James who got back to me very quickly and offered to dispatch another machine. I then considered some upgrades and added them to the order and nothing was too much trouble.

The huge difficulty I had is with the company they choose for delivery - APC.

On the date the first delivery was due, a two hour time slot was given. By 5pm it hadn't arrived but said that it still would. It didn't and this was a huge inconvenience.

The second delivery was timed for a Tuesday when someone would be home. By around 12.30pm they did email to say it wouldn't be delivered that day. To add insult to injury you can't collect it the same day from their depot. So further inconvenience ensued having to collect it after work the next day.

I would definitely say that WJM Tech is a sound and honest business, with clearly staff who care and build great systems for the price point. It would be 5 stars from me if they used a courier to match!

Computer is solid.

Ordered quick, delivered quick, company used to deliver was excellent. Keyboard is a nice silent one so I don't wake my partner up or bother her when she's watching TV. All round great service since my last reliable computer source has since gone under.

Arrived promptly and everything works great. Also when asking the seller for an update on dispatch they responded very quickly and kept to their word. Fantastic.

Excellent service and help , the pc was for my grandson and I have no idea about these and James was more than helpful with building PC and arranging delivery, I would highly recommend

the team were quick with service and delivery, their customer service is immaculate. its crazy how affordable the prices are for such quality pc's - been using mine without any hasle. I'll definitely buy from them again in the future! beautiful company, beautiful pcs!!

wasn't very impressed that the pc had not even been despatched by due delivery date and although i didn't complain they upgraded the graphic card any way u can't go wrong if a company responds like that without moans or prompts the pc otherwise is as described and would use them again

Purchased a good quality refurb for a good price. Battery is better than expected for age. , Everything is working well so far. Delivered quickly and securely packaged. I have no complaints.
