Bought a ryzen 7500f and it came on time and works perfectly.

Absolutely stellar service from Safwaan.

I was contacted on WhatsApp almost immediately after placing my order for the Ryzen 7 9800X3D.
Order number confirmed and a picture of the CPU.
This was also the best price I could find for this CPU, even taking into account delivery cost.

I was also sent a lot of useful information for amateur PC builders.
I was kept updated on when my package was sent as well as the tracking link.

Even after delivery, Safwaan continued to provide helpful tips on my build and recommended programs for testing to ensure I have no future problems.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. This is hand down the best customer service I've had for anything.

Was somewhat cautious about ordering at first, as never heard of PC Tec UK before. I must say, I am delighted that I did as the whole process of ordering from them has been fantastic. Great price in the CPU, Safwaan was fantastic from the moment my order was placed. Shipped very fast, kept me informed all the way via WhatsApp updates, and provide lots of useful tips and information. Far better service than you can expect from ordering from the major component retailers. Would highly recommend.

Seller was very helpful, CPU didn’t arrive in its box but was still well packaged and shipped with thermal paste. Seller sent photos of front and back too before shipping to show lack of damage and it arrived on time. Also provided detailed information on updating motherboard etc if this was a CPU upgrade. Didn’t have any issues with it in installation. And a quick task manager check shows it is what is says it is. Great service!!

Safwaan was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the whole purchase process , I had an issue with my computer and he guided me through how I could get things to work and even advised me on small details which indicated he was knowledgeable about computers. Honest business , 5 stars.

To be honest I was dubious about buying the CPU from here but it's been nothing but great! Great comms from the moment you order it and advice on how to remove the old one. These are the same price as a second hand one too but they're brand new! Excellent! Upgraded my sons' 2600 to a 5600x and it now plays AAA titles at 1080p flawlessly whereas before they stuttered. Thanks!

i normally don't write reviews but the customer service from these guys was exceptional! wish i needed more CPU's i'd buy from these guys all the time! and its cheaper!

The seller was constantly updating me with where my CPU was, from packaging to my door in the matter of only 2-3 days, while always being super friendly and helpful to any questions that I had! Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a new CPU in their build or looking to upgrade!

I have brought 2 cpu's from pc tec both have been spot on and big savings compared to retail. Any one who is looking for AMD cpu should definitely use pc tec excellent customer service all ways willing to answer any questions you might have.Quick delivery very well packaged i would not hesitate to recommend pc tec to any one building or upgrading a pc i will definitely use in the future
