The ryzen 5 5500x3d is a great cpu it gives around 600 to 800 fps in valorant for fortnite estimated 400 consistent fps. Great cpu in my opinion

Fantastic experience. Recieved pictures of the cpu condition through WhatsApp, as soon as the purchase was made. Delivery was very fast next day and the part works perfectly.

Good company, very cordial and helpful. I bought a Ryzen 5 5600 and received a lot of information via WhatsApp about the CPU, including photos of what I would receive. Regarding the delivery, it was a blink of an eye. Tested to 100%, fully functional. I hope to deal with them again.

This was the best customer service I've had for a long time. Regular updates, personal messages and a very helpful and friendly experience. For anyone thinking of buying a CPU from pctec.uk I would highly recommend it. I was unsure as I'd not heard of them before, but with the rareness of 5500x3d, this seemed the only place to order the CPU from. And all my worries evaporated. Id never replaced a CPU before and was guided through the whole process with WhatsApp messages, voice recordings and links to YouTube tutorials. The whole process was 5stars

I bought an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, came with special next day delivery.

I went with PC Tec, as I wanted to save money where I could for my first PC build, especially during this economy.

I'm very glad I went with them, Safwaan was very attentive and diligent in his work. I ordered late in the night and didn't realised I entered the postcode wrong, he emailed shortly after my order (in the same evening) as he spotted the mistake and wanted to confirmed my details asap for the delivery.

I told him it was my first build which I've been stressing about. He was incredibly supportive, took the time to give suggestions for PSU and overall advice for my first build. The build all went well and cpu is working great!
