When it arrived, the packaging was sturdy, and the CPU was flawless with no bent pins or marks. I installed it in my son’s PC a week later, and after carrying out the stress testing Safwaan recommended, it performed brilliantly. Safwaan’s communication and customer service throughout was exceptional. Polite, professional, and genuinely helpful every step, from order to delivery. Fantastic Customer Service

Safwaan was a great customer service agent. I was looking to buy a Ryzen 5 5500X3D and found it on PCTec. I could only find it either on eBay or on this website. He offered a fantastic level of customer service. It ranged from giving advice on what to do for the upgrade regarding my motherboard, to pulling off the CPU cooler, to offering programs to monitor and stress test the 5500X3D. In short, I would highly recommend this website and will be using them again if I need to.

The processor arrived much quicker than expected, which was a great start. It was securely packaged, ensuring it reached me in perfect condition with no signs of damage. You can tell care was taken in handling and shipping the product. As for the CPU itself, it performs exactly as expected fast, reliable, and a solid upgrade for my system. Installation was straightforward, and it’s been running smoothly ever since.
