Easy to navigate the portal and clear to understand. Impressed with PDSA vets and as my existing insurance policy was due for renewal decided to go with them.

I have researched many insurers of pets and I found PDSA to be the cheapest but offers the most out oif all of them. Was very insightful oifering advice about the different types of insurance which was very easy to understand and setting up the policy took as little as 5 minutes. Outstanding and would highly recommend

The price is very competitive, and I turned to PDSA, as a renewal for one of my dogs had increased dramatically even though no claims have been made. I already have a pet policy for my other dog, so went straight to them for a quote, in order to change my provider. So glad I did.

Hi, I decided to get another cat since my cat died last year. Due to my financial situation ive always relied on PDSA to help me. They are fantastic and do anything to help. So I adopted a cat from Cats protection and decided to get a pet insurance quote from PDSA. They offered me the same cover as another company but at a cheaper price. I completed the forms online, it was very easy to do. Now Nina is fully covered thanks to PDSA.

Ive used PDSA for two years now but just purchased their Pawsome Insurance! I shopped around first however, and still the PDSA was the most reasonably priced and more than comparable to other insurance firms/or direct privately owned vet practices. Very satisfied now for my sphynx and her future health needs.

My boxer, Belle is currently receiving treatment for a Corneal defect and the Vet who sees her, is amazing. She’s kind, patient and always ensures Belles comfortable. The price I pay for my 2 boxers is fantastic with good coverage

Appalling service. Like many pet owners, i chose this insurance provider because it is partnered with the PDSA, a charity I trust and wanted to support. Sadly the service has been an absolute nightmare. They have been unsupportive and completely unreliable when it came to handling my policy fairly. Their poor standards are severely damaging the reputation of the PDSA name. I have made a formal complaint and, not satisfied with their lazy response (for which only a first name was provided, showing a total lack of professionalism or accountability) , i have had no choice but to refer matters to the Financial Ombudsman. Stay away from this company

I have just insured my dog. The site was easy to use and I was impressed that there was no extra charge for paying monthly. A lovely touch. And I am helping people who cannot afford pet care. I haven't made any claim yet so this review may change!
