I already love this brand. I placed an order and it took longer to arrive but they ensured it would be arriving within a certain time frame. I received an item that was completely wrong. Wrong team and wrong size. I sent an email with pictures and told them what I need and within 12 hours they had a new order placed and never charged me for the new one or to return the wrong item. They were support efficient and kind!

Love being from Toronto and repping the city with this beautiful sweater. The first sweater that came in bled some of the colour and I had to exchange it but it was quickly and professionally handled. I am happy with my purchase!

Very prompt, responsive, helpful, and friendly. Made the inquiry in the evening and instantly received a response the next morning. Very helpful with passing along my message to management and production regarding sold out items in hopes of future restock. Overall, amazing customer service!

When I ordered I was given a date of when the order would be dispatched. When the date passed I contacted their customer service and was told this date was incorrect and sent in error. I requested a refund as I wanted these items sooner than they could deliver. Was told they couldn't cancel even though the items haven't even been dispatched and I'd need to wait to receive the items and return them. I am based in the UK so the cost for them and I is entirely unnecessary.

Very disappointed with the whole experience.

UPDATE: 10 days on from this review. The order is STILL only pending and hasn't been shipped to me. Over 3 weeks from when I ordered. 12 days after it was supposed to be shipped.

No response to this review. Really poor customer service. All in all just a terrible experience which has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Order has now arrived, over a month later, and it is covered in white marks which do not rub away. Avoid this brand, awful service and products.

I placed an order on the 8th of September and it has yet to ship. I have reached out to PC twice and have been told there are delays. However this was not communicated to me until I reached out to them.
This is the second time this has happened with PC and it is beyond disappointing.

Spent $300 and nothing has arrived.

I ordered two sweaters in early September, end of month and nothing here.

The responsiveness of Sarah, Erica and Alicia. They were also patient, helpful and gracious.

This is a fantastic company with unique products that are high quality. Fair pricing, fast shipping and amazing customer support. A++

Absolutely incredible customer service from Peace Collective. My daughter ordered two Blue Jays sweaters just before leaving to work on a yacht in Europe, and she would not be back home for a year, so we were really hoping they would arrive before she left.

The Peace Collective team followed up personally, kept us informed every step of the way, and somehow had both sweaters delivered within just a few days. The sweaters are beautiful, my daughter absolutely loves them, and the service was exceptional.

What impressed me most was the level of care and communication. It is rare these days to receive such responsive and personal customer service. Thank you to the Peace Collective team for going above and beyond and making sure she had her Blue Jays sweaters before heading overseas. We were both incredibly impressed and will absolutely shop with Peace Collective again.
