Courteous, efficient, speedy and professionnel service today from Des and Jordan at Peacock Heating.
Phoned them at 9am and by 4pm they had attended, diagnosed, collected a part and fixed my leaking boiler. 5 star service with a smile. Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend you and use again.

Des came and surveyed our existing boiler and quoted a very fair price for replacing it. He set a date a couple of weeks ahead to carry out the work. His communication is excellent with text messages advising us exactly when he would be coming. On the day he and Jordan arrived and carried out the work very professionally and tidied up after themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Des.

Faultless and considerate communication and a detailed competitive quote. Our existing boiler terminally failed unexpectedly a few days before the new one was due to be fitted. Without asking they offered to install the new boiler on a Saturday!! Astonishing service for which we are very grateful. Peacock Heating will have all our work in the future because they earned it unlike their competition that take you for granted.

I contacted Peacock Heating for a quote and Des was able to visit within a few days. Des came prepared with brochures detailing the new boiler he recommended after seeing how the current boiler was installed. A date was agreed and the work was estimated to take two days.

The Peacock Heating team arrived and within one day had the old boiler removed along with the water tanks, and the new boiler installed upstairs with all pipes/electrics for smart thermostat installed tidily, I couldn't even tell the carpet had been lifted for the pipework.

Des was also available for any subsequent questions I had in the following days. He was also kind enough to register the warranty for the new boiler, something that is easily forgotten by many.

I love my new boiler, in a dashing black shine with a touchscreen. Have continuous hot water at high pressure now.

Would definitely recommend Peacock Heating, they will be my first point of contact in future.

A big thanks to Des for replacing my broken boiler so quickly. It finally have up the ghost on Sunday evening. We called him on Monday, new boiler fitted on Friday. Minimal mess and he even put the boiler cupboard back up for us too. Des has done a couple of jobs for us over the last few years and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a good, honest, reliable gas engineer.

Excellent service, quick response and resolution. Temporary fix and parts came within a couple of days to complete the job so up and running immediately

Des came round very quickly to look at installing a new boiler and a week later it was in. No hassle, no fuss and great communication. Good prices too!

Our old boiler had become very unreliable and kept cutting out numerous times through the day. Having phoned Peacock Heating Des was able to give us a quote over the phone straight away followed up with a written quotation same day. Des supplied and fitted a new boiler within days of the initial call. His work was excellent and the service very friendly and professional, would highly recommend.

Des took on a challenge that others deemed impossible. He was determined to find a solution for me and delivered. I found Des went out of his way to provide an exceptional service and fitted a new combi in challenging circumstances. I would thoroughly recommend. Quality of his work was excellent.

I discovered that our boiler had a leak so called Des in the morning, and eventhough he had a very busy day, managed to come round in the evening and fixed the issue right away. I cannot recommend Des enough as this is the second time he's fixed our boiler in the last 4 months and both times he's been efficient and reliable. Such a lovely guy and I will be recommending him to friends in the area!

Excellent service , prompt , professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of gas heating . I have used his company for basic servicing and full heating system replacement and have been delighted with the all round professional approach from quotes to finished jobs .
