Contacted Des for a quote for a replacement boiler. He responded very quickly and within days an appointment had been made. He was professional yet friendly and approachable. The quote was competitive so the job was booked in and I must say, what a neat an extremely neat job he made of it. I cannot express how much warmer or house feels now with our new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted professionally by Des. Great job, thank you.

We are really happy about the job we decided to get done by Des from Peacock heating. At every stage of the job, from coming out to look, where he guided us and discussed what we wanted to our budget, quotation, great communication and professional all the way, through to doing the job which was a new boiler and radiators fitted. Great job done and would highly recommend him. Will be using again.
Our home is now toasty and warm and quiet with no noisy boiler anymore.

Phoned a number of engineers, most did not reply or gave a lead time of a few weeks as the job was not urgent. Peacock responded and fitted me in the same day I called. Good price, excellent job installing Hive multi zone to my existing boiler system. Will use again.

Des was highly creative in coming up with a solution to ‘one of those little problems’ that had caused us several frozen pipes every time it got cold, and a solution that several previous engineers had failed on…

Our old boiler died after 15yrs and I needed a quick replacement for my 93 year old mother now the nights are turning chilly
I got 3 quotes, as you do, but no one could for me in.
It was just a straight boiler swap with minimal re-plumbing but the first two said there was a week or two lead time for a new boiler.
Desmond came on Tuesday and fitted me in on Wednesday afternoon/evening.
Job done.
No hassle.
£1000 cheaper than one of the quotes!

Des came out to fix a leaking radiator…from the phone call to the job being finished was about 30 minutes…would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

So many trades make getting stuff sorted at home nothing but impossible, Des I can gladly say is the opposite. He turns up when he says he is going to, does a grand job and all for a fair price.

It seems pretty simple but it's surprising how hard reliable tradespeople are to find, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service all round - right from on-line enquiry, call back , appointment time , quote , booking fit job, clean tidy and boiler replaced in half a day !!

Called Des on a Saturday morning as I had a boiler leak and he came out the same day to have a look! As we had no hot water he booked us in as a priority and fitted a whole new boiler system on Tuesday! Fantastic service, accurate quoting, clean and tidy. I have already lined up another 2 jobs I would like Des to do and would 100% recommend his Company to anyone!

Combi boiler and 7 radiators replaced by Peacock Heating. Des and his work colleague Jordan completed job in 1 day, including system flush. Clean and tidy, also had scrap boiler and radiators removed same day. 1st class work.
