Highly recommended. Pedal Heaven fitted a Skarper unit to my bike and walked me through how the unit connected to the bike and then how it worked. They also fitted a second bike kit to my wifes bike. I had an issue with the chain stay latch which they fixed quickly and effectively with no fuss at all. Thanks Des and the team - you have been great

Every contact with Pedal Heaven has been exceptional, from the pick-up/drop-off service on my Specialized Turbo Levo eMTB, to their help today with a seized-on flat pedal. I needed to change out the pedals on my eMTB and could not free one of the old ones despite all my efforts, assorted tools and some ripe language. I dropped in to Pedal Heaven with the bike and they were kind enough to look at it there and then, freeing the stuck pedal and even fitting my new pedals, so I could not have asked for any more. The shop is well stocked with bikes and accessories, though the best thing about it is their people, their knowledge and willingness to help you and the time the have to spend with you while you are with them. I have used many other bike shops in the past, but nowhere comes close to the team and the facilities at Pedal Heaven, from the sales floor to their workshop. Truly exceptional, I would never go anywhere else.

I was cycling and my pedal fell off!! I had to ‘one pedal’ back into Fleet went into Pedal Heaven and within minutes my bike is sorted out with a new bolt - with no charge.

All of the guys at Pedal Heaven are top notch, extremely experienced. They will offer you genuine advice. They are totally passionate about by cycling. With some staff being there for many years.

The team at Pedal Heaven deliver a knock out service.
They have produced hand-built wheels, undertaken challenging ground-up bike builds builds, dealt with difficult suspension fork services, and looked after my retro-bike builds for many years and at every time delivered an incredible service.

No job is too small and their dedication to support and customer experience is second to none. They are also perfectionists at what they do.

To top it off, they even have a points-based customer loyalty programme, which helps on future in-store purchases.

Quite simply, this cycle store and workshop is an absolute gem in Hampshire.

I have a Focus road bike with a Fazua motor. It has covered about 3,500 km and, when pedalling hard at low revs, a grinding noise was coming from the bottom bracket area. I feared expensive wear in the gearbox of the Fazua drive. I took the bike in, after getting a preliminary diagnosis on the 'phone. After two test rides, with a chain lube after the first, they had solved my problem (and mostly confirmed their 'phone diagnosis)! Everyone I spoke to seemed to know what they were talking about and I was very impressed.

The bike I wanted was in stock, unlike 6 other shops I tried, some of which who took my money first and then told me several days later they didn't actually have the bike in stock. Fantastic communication and really helpful updates throughout the purchasing. Some really helpful advice over the phone too on various aspects of e mountain bike ownership and fast prep work to dispatch. There are a lot of bike companies out there and some of them are appalling. Pedal Heaven is not one of these and if you are buying something as expensive as an e mountain bike, this shop is the best place for service speed of sale and friendliness/support form staff. I cant recommend them enough!!!!

Amazing! I was a newb who walked in without an appointment, with a bike I hadn’t bought from Pedal Heaven and was welcomed openly and treated with dignity. Andrew (I hope I got the name right) was especially incredible, patiently talking me through my bike and helping me set it up. I will be going back to shop and have my bike serviced there. Thank you guys.

Amazing well knowledgeable staff who are obviously practicing cyclists as well, speak from experience. Took time and patience to ensure I got the right products for my use. Highly recommend them.

Excellent Customer Service. Had a problem with the Sram Red rear brake on my Specialised Roubaix. They are always courteous and pleasant, and today replaced the the broken spring clip while I waited. We discussed the problem and I was shown the part that failed. I always appreciate it when I receive good service, and Pedal Heaven always tries their hardest. Thank you.

Took my hybrid in for a silver service and to diagnose a creak from the crank area. The problem still persisted, but to their credit they contacted me and did a good job in rectifying it with no extra charge. Very good customer service

The staff were very helpful and will be going back when my bike requires a service….definitely 5 star!

Have to say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. My son purchased himself a bike saving many months. Not only was the bike he purchased great value for money. There was a slight delay in dispatch 24hrs I mean. However, I reached out on chat and guess what the actually called to ensure the bike would be delivered 30th Dec. Amazing value, unbelievable service would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a bike.

Excellent customer service provided by extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I bought a Cube Attain in Nov 21 from Pedal Heaven, due to availability and competitive price. I’ve had a recurring problem with the free hub and bearings, due to water ingress. This has required replacing the freehub on 2 separate occasions. Both times the customer service has been first class. This has included providing interim ‘fixes’ (greasing the free hub and bearings) to ensure the bike was rideable, whilst waiting for the replacement free hubs forwarded from Cube, to be fitted under warranty.
Unfortunately Pedal Heaven is not my local bike shop, (I wish they were !) each visit is a round trip of about 90 miles. That said I’ve been happy to make the trip as I’ve been really impressed with the customer service they have provided.

I took a Roval wheel in for a warranty claim to Pedal Heaven (PH) as my local Specialized dealer. They were an expensive set of wheels with an RRP of over £1,500 and came on a high end bike.

PedalHeaven were reluctant to do the work despite it being within their dealer remit. The manager said he wouldn’t get paid much for the work and I’d be expected to pay his labour costs. He also tried to convince me the wheels only had a two year warranty until I pointed out it was lifetime. He eventually agreed to take the wheel which needed a new rim and rebuild.

In addition, the factory ceramic bearings were running a bit rough so I asked if they could replace them with steel, but keep the ceramic bearings so I could try and get them smooth again in my own time. Of course I expected to pay for the new steel bearings, as clearly this wasn’t covered under warranty.

I later emailed Specialized who confirmed parts and labour are covered as they did indeed have a lifetime warranty.

After a while I got the PH call to say the wheels were ready. On collection I found they’d thrown away the ceramic bearings, despite my ask not to. They were £150 and by no means unusable, I was optimistic I could get more use from them after servicing. I wasn’t happy.

They tried to charge me again for the rebuild labour. I refused on the basis of the email from Specialized and the fact they’d thrown away my ceramic bearings. They very reluctantly agreed.

I got the wheel home and discovered it ran very poorly. I took it back and it turns out they’d reassembled the freehub incorrectly.

I took the wheel home again and rode it for a fortnight until a spoke snapped. I replaced the spoke (a nuisance with tubeless) but a month later another spoke snapped. Bear in mind I’d ridden these wheels for two years without a single broken spoke and then six weeks after their rebuild two break in quick succession.

I took the wheel to an independent wheel builder who said the tension was all wrong, even with the spoke replaced. In the end I paid for him to rebuild it properly and it’s been fine for many months since.

I don’t think I’d go back to PedalHeaven on the basis that their customer service was really poor, they threw away the parts I’d asked them to keep, they didn’t know the product warranty as a dealer and their work on the wheel had to be re-done by someone else.

Had such wonderful service from the staff in this shop, they managed to sort out an issue with my electric bike in a few seconds and sent me on my way. Thank you pedal heaven.

I bought an expensive but good Knog light mail order. The retail packaging inside had been torn open and cellotaped up again and the standard sized o-ring to attach the light was missing, making the whole thing useless
