We're an independent bricks and mortar store and work hard to cater to the needs of all types of cyclist. Established in 2012 but with roots on the high street going back way further than that you can be confident that you'll be dealing with a fellow cyclist that genuinely wants to help you make the right purchase for your needs. A good bike shop is nothing without good brands so we make sure we always have a range of products from the biggest names in the industry, such as bikes from Cube, Specialized and Merida as well as clothing and accessories from Castelli, Troy Lee Designs and Wahoo. Backing all this up is our pristine fully equipped workshop where your pride and joy will be looked after by fully trained mechanics with access to all the modern tools and diagnostic facilities required to keep your ride running sweet. Electronic groupset issues? We've been working with them since the beginning and are fully qualified to install, fit and service all Shimano Di2, SRAM eTap and Campagnolo EPS systems. We are also dealers for eBikes equipped with Bosch, Brose (Specialized) and Shimano STEPS motor systems and can carry out any of the maintenance your eBike may require. Total stars - motor in my bike failed, other local shops could not help for a month or two. These guys turned it around in two days, dealt with manufacturer and sorted warranty. Great shop only wish i had bought my bike from them! will do next time awesome staff, great fix and really really helpful

Best in the area
I've used Pedal Heaven for a few years now, primarily for repairs and service. On every occasion I've found the service and quality of their repairs to be excellent. I had to book the last repair about ten days in advance because they were so busy, but they were able to fit me in a day earlier in the end. They're taking COVID very seriously - hand sanitisers on the door and at tills, markings all over the floor, a managed entry system at the front door and no access through the back door any more (which is not so much of a hardship, given that there is a car park directly opposite the shop that charges only 20p for 30 minutes). When I was there they were washing down the floor, as they apparently do at the end of every day. Special mention for Andrew, who was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything I needed to know about my repair. Highly recommended.

Went in for 2 bike repairs. Super good customer service and knowledgeable about bikes. A little overpriced but worth it for how often we ride bikes! This will be our regular shop.

Steve checked stock and called back within minutes as promised, something which is very rare nowadays having dealt with several different bike sites recently, my order arrived two days later , at a great price . Thank you Pedal Heaven for delivering my SPD pedals so quickly, great customer service and a pleasure to do business with you.
I ordered the same pedals from Evans Cycles on the 3 May 2020, no pedals delivered, no way of contacting Evans by phone or Web Chat. They do not respond to emails (I sent one over 10 days ago). You should look at their reviews on Trustpilot, its a real eye opener, but I expect you already know that!
I have directed Evans Cycles customers to you guys in my Evans review.

Couldn't have better customer support. excellent staff, goods promptly dispatched, competitively priced. I shall focus again on the excellent and helpful attitude of the staff. It doesn't seem that often service this good is received..... well done Pedal Heaven and particularly Graham.
