I am a life coach. And I'm so glad that I started my independent business with these guys. Never had an agency take the time to understand my expertise and niche so much in depth. Right from the word go, the messaging was on point. On my first sales call, the prospect was in tears because of the words they had given me for my ads and vsl. They have earned a lifetime client in me. The entire team is so cooperative and understanding. The strategist, tech guys, account manager, copywriter and everyone. Just a lovely experience. I am not generally a person that talks negatively about others but Pennovate is an exception. I have to make others aware about their "couldn't care less" behaviour and disrespectful attitude towards women.

My niche was pregnancy and they couldn't connect to my niche at all. I realised they are not even able to write an ad copy that connects to pregnant women at a human level. All their copies have same fear generating tone, is abusive and intimidating. When I realised we are not the right fit for each other, I asked them a refund. I said it's okay they couldn't connect to my niche. Their copywriter is a single male & obviously he cannot connect to pregnant women. Nevertheless I wished them the very best in their future endeavours.

But in return they were very rude & ignorant of my request. They said I am not eligible for refund and refused to return my hard earned money for services I did not even avail. I sent multiple request to get call back from Shubam Deb, so I could explain him in detail, but he ignored all.

I want to add here that they are very disrespectful of women to the point I felt they are doing gender discrimination . I have experienced mental harassment because of them. As a doctor, I haven't been treated like this in my life.

It's not that they failed in marketing, they failed as human beings. I did not want to take this step, but I will be taking legal action on them.

Wow it’s unbelievable to see the direction in which this world is heading. There are people out there who are willing to go to any extent just to extract some money out of you. The primary example being the Pennovate team. They gave guarantee on signed contract to bring us 80 appointments in 60 days or refund. We waited for over a year instead of 60 days while they experimented on our ad budgets to get these results. When they couldn’t get the promised results they refused the refund stating they also put effort for a year.

It’s shocking to see people openly making fake promises even on signed contracts and backing out casually without fulfilling them just to make a quick buck. It has become a trend these days where people offer guaranteed results or refund but when they don’t perform they start making excuses at time of refund. These guarantees are just a joke and designed to lure you into paying these fraud agencies.

We coaches need to be extra careful while dealing with such type of agencies. They took INR 1 lakh advance from us and wasted upwards of INR 40k of our ad budgets for no results.

I request everyone to think twice before getting stuck in this kind of a mess with fraud marketing agencies offering guarantees which are only meant to lure you into paying them.

Pennovate team has been very methodical and supportive. The initial call itself made a connect and more than the services it was the human side they bring to the table - special mention of Aditya for being a rock star on it.

The journey hasn’t been very smooth But their adaptability and intent to support on the journey has been commendable.

Our first attempt with the funnel failed. However, Aditya reached out and said we will make it work and then Deb reinvented the whole funnel and ads. In the middle they also absorbed the cost of running ads until they started working.

They also offered support with cracking the sales and kept guiding me all through the journey and are guiding even now. It truly exhibits their intent and willingness for building long term relationships with client.
