Pennovate is the 1st agency that we hired and costed us 1.5L upfront. The promise from their end was to create us a funnel that brings "Ready to buy" customers for us to close on the call. Everything sounded great on the call but once we paid the amount and started working, then we could see how sub par and average their performance is. They have a dedicated team for every aspect of the funnel but literally no one did their work properly. When we were not satisfied with the VSL script or editing of ads or ad scripts they didn't make any proper changes. They bluntly stuck to doing bare minimum work and only focused on completion just for the sake of completion. Then, the fb ads they spent 30k in one month and brought me only 2-3 proper calls of people who had the problem and paying capacity. I luckily converted 2 of them but we didn't even make back half of what we invested. After that, came their "retainer offer". To continue working with them they asked for additional 90k and on top of that 20% of profits if the business crosses 10 lakh revenue. I would be okay with that but they didn't even care to wait until we got our break even. Communication channel is pathetic. We had to reach out 100 times before we get any reply from the team. The sad part is they have the potential but they CHOSE to deliver a least effort service. Don't take coaches for granted and charge a bomb when you just want to create a landing page with one heading and thumbnail. Don't charge a bomb just to create a VSL with subtitles that's so boring to watch. Don't charge a bomb when you don't bother bringing ROI on fb ads. You gave us such bad performance that you didn't even ask for a review but I went ahead anyway because a guy called Ayoush also had a similar experience. I thought that only I got the bad hand while working with you but there are so many coaches reaching out to me and saying how pathetic your service is. Please update your knowledge and deliver better landing pages, better edited VSLs and please wait for break even before bombarding with additional investment.

Edit: 1 really positive thing that I have to give credit for pennovate is the closing script and techniques they shared. That improved my conversions.

Wonderful experience working with the pennovate team. They have really helped me design a compelling niche and create a strong positioning for my coaching.
