From my initial contact with Pense I was pleased with their handling and clarity. Thoroughly professional and attention to detail faultess. My contact, Harriet Lyall, was very much hands-on and answered any queries I had promptly and clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone lost in the mire of Pensions.

The first adviser firm I started to engaged with was pushy to the extreme and with high fee tag to go with it. So thank you Pense for restoring my faith in IFA's. The communications from them were few, but gave updates on the progress of my Annuity at each stage. Their fee was fixed for this service and was very competitive.

Pense did very little for me … but what they did do was excellent, and that’s the point. The best option for me, in my unusual circumstances, was not to purchase any financial product and Pense told me that in plain terms. So, Pense made nothing out of me but I got very good advice. If I need further pension advice, I shall surely turn to Pense.

What a relief to deal with Pense. I didn't realise the nature of questions one is asked when taking advice on pensions and my first experience from a large company was dreadful; aggressive,rude and no concept of service. James at Pense did a super job and brought a balance of humanity and professionalism. Once I decided to proceed, the administration team of Heather and Chloe and manager Harriett were again very personable and professional, both essential qualities. It is very rare for me to give 5 stars for anything, but in this instance totally deserved. I wish more providers were like Pense.

I was looking for an annuity's company and saw that Pense was well recommended. They were honest from the start , asked the right questions & seems like they wanted to do the best for me rather than just in it for the £2500 commission. I dealt with 3 of their employees who always followed up with an email with all the information I needed . I have now invested my annuity for a further 5 years and have a nice tax free sum to play with thanks to Pense . I would recommend them to anyone worried who to trust with their pension .
