After researching pension information online, I decided to contact Retirement Line by their website. I know a company used by many teachers uses Retirement Line for annuities so was confident about them. I had already used the government Money Helper site. Joshua Lawson contacted me back by email and then we arranged a telephone meeting. He listened to my circumstances and then gave me various options. Retirements lines quotes were all higher than the ones I had found myself through online calculators. After thinking about my options I spoke to Joshua again. He completed all the paperwork for me and all I had to do was sign it when it arrived.
The whole process of 3 different pension pots transfers was very quick. Each week during the transfer process Joao Costa either rang or emailed to explain what pension had been transferred etc. Joao answered all my questions. I would recommend this company to all my teacher colleagues. Both Joshua ad Joao were very easy to talk to.

Retirement line helped me navigate through confusing choices for my Annuity. George Gilbert was extremely helpful, he made me feel at ease. He had answers for all my questions, this gave me trust in Retirement Line. Louise Szombara was also extremely helpful with contacting my pension pot holder and followed up with multiple emails keeping me informed. Everything was completed very promptly with no issues for which I am very grateful. Retirement Line were brilliant for me, they took the anxiety out of what I thought was a complex situation. I am very impressed with the way Retirement Line dealt with my pension annuity that I recently purchased with them.
All I had to do was provide them with the relevant information and they did everything for me. A very pleasant guy called Tom Handley spoke with me the first time I contacted their helpline. It was such a good experience knowing you had someone else take care of your pension savings and made the whole thing quick and stress free, ensuring I was kept up to date with the progress at the same time. Once my documents had been transfered by Tom, I was dealt with a very efficient guy called John Quinn, who was also very supportive throughout the final process, and was completed a lot sooner than anticipated.
I would definately recommend them to my friends seeking the same help as the service I received has been fantastic.

My first connection was with Paul who gave me an insight of what would be happening in the coming weeks. I then had an email from Mollie, introduced herself and kept me updated on how things were progressing. The latest information telling me everything is sorted and the date my pension payments will commence. I truly recommend the company/ Paul and Mollie highly.

This has been a really pleasant experience. Which is not what i was expecting in sorting a pension out.

I found retirement line very professional in dealing with my annitiy, pleasent and easy to deal with. They rang when they said they would. The whole process went smoothly and completed quicker then expected.

An easy transaction for what is usually daunting for people like myself who aren't used to dealing with pension companies. Mathew summers and Roland Ewins did all the awkward paperwork for me and sent it through the post for me to sign and return. All the details are given over the phone and by email. I could have done it myself but would have struggled with the paperwork and I got the same deal from retirement Line that the pension companies quoted me directly without the hassle and at no extra cost. Communication was very good and I received regular updates during the process. Retirement Line delivered on every promise made. Good personal service

I have nothing but praise for the service I received. Nothing was too much trouble to deal with. From the initial contact with Denise through to the final step with Jamar everything went very well.

Any problems with pension pot holders were quickly sorted out. I'm very pleased with everything.

Tony Jarman and Terry Finch made the whole process from start to finish go extremely smoothly and quickly. I got regular updates and they made sure I got the best deal for an annuity that suited my needs. Retirement Line are highly recommended.

My experience with Retirement Line was A1 from start to finish. Josie Thomas handled my initial contact and guided me through the beginning of the process and Andrew Rist was there for the duration of the journey. They both made my role very easy, but I did support them by providing everything as soon as humanly possible. They refunded all of the items that I posted and any commissions were charged to the company with whom I was placed - they did not come from my pot!

So efficient and so patient.

I was helping out my partner with transferring his pension pot and setting up an annuity.

I spent more than a little time somewhat bumbling around and misreading communications, and Andrew just let us get on with it - no sense of impatience or pressure - until I got my/our act together.
