Very helpful and prompt

It's very stressful dealing with pension companies.

They don't make things simple.

Retirement line guide you through the process and take a helluva lot of that stress away.

From first contact to last they did what they said they were going to do.

It's not easy going through health questions on the phone but the representative did it with ease and reassurance.

The hand over to Louise to see the completion of paperwork and chase up said insurance companies was smooth with regular updates along the way.

First class company, first class employees.

George Gilbert did a fantastic job and the follow on from George was also 1st class I would highly recommend retirement line

I had put off taking my pension as there appeared to be so many options. However when I contacted Retirement Line they were objective and clear about explaining about annuities. Kimberley Newbigging went through all the pension options I was requesting information about. She sent me in depth details of the options and let me take as much time as I wished in order to decide what was best for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Once I had decided on an option then Safeen kept me up to date with the progress and was there for any questions. I would highly rate the service I got from Retirement Line.

Really good, friendly, low-stress, old fashioned customer oriented service. The brilliant Kimberley and John guided me through my options and carried out my annuity choices with surprisingly little fuss, and none of the sale pressure you might expect.
Excellent attention to detail to the point where (without even being asked) they reimbursed the extra postage I incurred sending A4 forms to them instead of using the first class envelope provided. (No company I have ever worked for would have done this).
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a pension annuity.

From first contact with the company George Gilbert was very clear with all the information and put every thing in plan English that was easy to follow. There was no hard push as to what to do just clear data.
I did move funds with them and the information from the transfer person Lucy Thompson was often and very clear. The transfer went very smoothly I would 100% recommend them

The process of buying an annuity was made clear and simple by Oliver Prescott and Andrew Rist. They supported me through the entire process with clear communication and prompt responses to any questions I had. Oliver was able to search a wide range of providers so that I could choose the best quote and he even helped me with a a query once I had chosen that led to me getting an improved offer.

Everyone was patient and explained everything fully to me, always double checking with me that I was completely happy and understood the choices I had made.

I would like to thank both Tony Jarman and Jamar Dobson for the help in getting my Your Tomorrow Pension set up. I could not have managed this without the guidance and help from both of these individuals. They went above and beyond their remit to guide me through each step and clarify things when it wasn’t clear on emails received from WTW what was actually required. Tony took the time to have a call with me to talk me through how to complete the forms required and Jamar consistently kept me updated by email on the progress of the settlement.
They are both a credit to the company and have nothing but praise for them both.

Kim Kennedy Newbiggin was such a helpful, friendly and professional person to deal with at Retirement Line. She clearly explained the different options that were available to me, and I felt I could ask her any questions without feeling “silly”. When her part was completed, she handed over to her colleague, Scott Mulhearn, who was just as professional in completing the transaction. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
