Kim Kennedy Newbiggin was such a helpful, friendly and professional person to deal with at Retirement Line. She clearly explained the different options that were available to me, and I felt I could ask her any questions without feeling “silly”. When her part was completed, she handed over to her colleague, Scott Mulhearn, who was just as professional in completing the transaction. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

The whole daunting process of my Annuity Purchase was made that much clearer and easier to understand by being thoroughly and expertly explained to me by Josie Thomas (with whom I have had the good fortune of having dealt with me before). Josie then handed over proceedings to Safeen Kauser. As with Josie, Safeen was equally thorough in all matters concerned and kept me well-informed with frequent emails. I am sincerely grateful to both Josie and Safeen for their exceptional professionalism in dealing with my case and for keeping me updated at every stage of its development.

It couldn’t have been more straightforward. Retirement Line - Matthew Gordon and Dan Milton in particular - made the whole process totally seamless. The service they provided was very professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I needed an annuity as I had 5 little pensions and a friend recommended to call Oliver at retirement line. I contacted Oliver Scott and he was amazing , he explained everything thoroughly and within a couple of days had all the details and information to make my decision. Once I had agreed to the Annuity then I was passed to Ben Payne who delt with all the details. Ben was excellent, giving me an update every few days until it was complete. I would highly recommend Retirement line and would contact Oliver direct for fantastic, easy service. I thought it would be so complicated because of having 5 pensions but Oliver & Ben made it stress free!

It's nerve racking arranging the next stage of retirement, you'vesaved all your life and its so easy to be scammed and its gone. I looked at several companies and double checked every one I spoke too. Retirement Line stood out. They offered the best deal and zero hassle. They didn't push me to do anything and Louise Szombara and Josie Thomas were fabulous. I have another pension due to mature in a few years and I know who I will be using. Speedy and expert assistance in this specialised area so that the transfer of the fund to the best quoted provider for my particular circumstances was effected without the need for an intermediary (ie a financial adviser). Mathew Summers and his colleague Andrew Rist were instrumental in the process and most helpful throughout.

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with The Retirement Line, because the support I have received from them has meant a great deal to me.

I first came into contact with Paul Guy, Annuity Specialist, several years ago. Over that period, I went through some uncertain times, including facing redundancy on more than one occasion. Eventually, I reached a settlement agreement and had to make some important decisions about my future and retirement.

Throughout all those years, Paul was always there for me. Whenever I needed an annuity quotation, he provided one without hesitation, even when I wasn’t ready to make a final decision. He was never pushy or impatient. Instead, he was always kind, professional, understanding and willing to explain my options.

For someone approaching retirement, having a specialist like Paul who you can trust and speak to makes such a difference. People like him are exactly what retirees need during what can be a very important and sometimes worrying stage of life.
