⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Big Thank You to The Retirement Line

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with The Retirement Line, because the support I have received from them has meant a great deal to me.

I first came into contact with Paul Guy, Annuity Specialist, several years ago. Over that period, I went through some uncertain times, including facing redundancy on more than one occasion. Eventually, I reached a settlement agreement and had to make some important decisions about my future and retirement.

Throughout all those years, Paul was always there for me. Whenever I needed an annuity quotation, he provided one without hesitation, even when I wasn’t ready to make a final decision. He was never pushy or impatient. Instead, he was always kind, professional, understanding and willing to explain my options.

For someone approaching retirement, having a specialist like Paul who you can trust and speak to makes such a difference. People like him are exactly what retirees need during what can be a very important and sometimes worrying stage of life.

I would also like to give a special thank you to Jamar Dobson, Customer Relationship Consultant. Jamar has been absolutely excellent. He kept me informed throughout the process and updated me on progress promptly. His communication and professionalism gave me real peace of mind.

Looking back, I feel very fortunate to have had both Paul and Jamar supporting me. The Retirement Line has genuinely helped make my journey into retirement smoother, easier and much less stressful.

Totally professional from the first contact, everything Joshua promised arrived promptly, all details clear and concise. Safeen took over after the Annuity was set up and again faultless in all his actions. It has been a pleasure to deal with such a straight forward, all concluded in less than 10 days from start to finish. Highly recommended.

In 2021, I worked with Tony Jarman from Retirement Line to purchase a five-year annuity from Legal & General. Tony worked with me closely to gather various pensions together (from previous employments, some of which I had totally forgotten about) and supported me in creating a substantial pot to move forward. He is a charming person, knowledgeable, friendly and with a delightful sense of humour. Without Tony’s professionalism I would have been at a loss. He answered all my questions, explained legal jargon and ensured I understood everything - and I was very happy with the service.

When it came to renewing the annuity this year (2026), Tony again provided me with straightforward details on all offers available and once I’d decided on going with Canada Life, the final stage involving comprehensive documentation, is where Roland Ewins from Retirement Line stepped in to finalise my annuity and make it ‘live’. Roland, another charming and friendly person, was very helpful, dispelled any confusion I had and kept me in touch by phone, post and email during the process.

They make a really great team and I would advise anyone looking into purchasing an annuity today, to approach Retirement Line - I don’t think you will be disappointed. Thanks a million to Tony and Roland!!! 😀

When dealing with pensions you need trusted support to get you the right annuity . I trusted both Tom to get me the right product and Matthew was excellent following up on the paper work..

A very big thank you to Retirement Line for making my annuity purchase a very un-stressful experience. I initially dealt with Will Niedzwiecki, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, always polite (even with with lots of my silly questions over several calls) and made me feel totally at ease with such a big decision. After deciding which quote to accept I was passed to Scott Mulhern who took over proceedings keeping me informed at all times what was happening. I may have been lucky but once started the whole process took around a month to complete, way beyond my expectations.
I have no hesitation in recommending Retirement Line.
