Excellent service. I had a pension where things were just not as productive. I was very confused as to what I should be investing in. Pension Pulse took the time out to make sure I was happy and understood all the options. Even when I had a wobble I got a phone call for them to suggest that I don’t make any decisions in haste and take my time. This distilled confidence in me that they only wanted me on board knowing that I was doing the right thing for me. Elliot took the time to go through everything again which I really appreciated.

I had 5 pension policies spread over different providers.
I found looking online a minefield with what seemed to be conflicting advice.
I contacted pension pulse(eaden+co) for an initial free consultation. I explained my situation to Elliot who went through the various options in clear and professional manner and he explained their fees.
A follow up 'Teams'meeting where we agreed the best way forward. My policy were combined into a new account offering better returns.
Then I had a meeting with Dan to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
I've received regular updates via email and phone and feel comfortable to be able to contact them at anytime with and questions that may arise.
All the people I have dealt with at pension pulse have been outstanding.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for independent financial advice

My husband and I recently decided to undertake a proper review of our pensions now we have got into our 50's. The team were able to efficiently and comprehensively do the heavy work in that review and give us options on how to make our pensions work harder to meet our long term objectives. I don't often give five-star reviews, but my experience with Pension Pulse has been overwhelmingly positive.

The staff have helped to consolidate my disparate pension pots into a single policy in advance of my upcoming retirement. This has included a protracted struggle to extricate the funds from the original pension company, which took a number of weeks to successfully resolve.

They have also advised on the best ways to manage the pension pot in the future and the pros and cons of the various ways in which I might access the money. I have nothing but praise for the help and advice that has been given.

The transfer of service from my former IFA to Pension Pulse went very smoothly and the team were excellent at communication. I was informed of each step in the process and received follow up calls to ensure I was fully updated.

Overall a very satisfactory experience, PP are attentive, experienced and knowledgeable. Expensive but competitive, though the predicted outcomes definitely justify the entry fee. The new policy vastly exceeds my previous policy's outcomes and will really set me up for the future. I have already recommended to friends and family. Also PP provided best overall experience (& value) of the three other leading pension providers I tried.
