Excellent customer services. In what can be a worrying and complicated environment. Pension Pulse have clearly explained investment options providing transparency on charges.
This has removed both the worry and complication factors.
Very happy to provide a good and honest review, the performance of the investment will be reviewed in time.

Overall a very satisfactory experience, PP are attentive, experienced and knowledgeable. Expensive but competitive, though the predicted outcomes definitely justify the entry fee. The new policy vastly exceeds my previous policy's outcomes and will really set me up for the future. I have already recommended to friends and family. Also PP provided best overall experience (& value) of the three other leading pension providers I tried.

From the initial first contact until the completion process all went well and the questions and doubts were all dealt with in a very professional manner.

Having started a new job with yet another pension scheme I felt I needed to consolidate my pensions (I like everything neat and tidy!) Having used google I found Eadon & Co, now PensionPulse and they phoned me and invited me for an initial chat via Teams which was brilliant, I learnt so much in that initial meeting about pensions, the differences, which ones to leave be and which ones would benefit from being moved. I was already with Aviva, however, my pension plan was not performing and whilst it is now still with Aviva it will be looked after by the PensionPulse team who I have every faith in making my money work for me. I was nervous about the whole process, it's a lot of money to me but checking out the website, that it was government approved, having face to face chats via teams with really helpful, knowledgeable people put me at ease, they ensured I understood everything, answered my questions. They prepared a report for me which they went through in detail during one of the Teams meetings and I paid nothing until I was happy and agreed to my money being transferred. My money is where it's meant to be and I can access its performance at any time. Definitely recommend PensionPulse, they work as a team and it shows.

I needed to consolidate a number of pensions from different lenders which were quite old policies and not performing as well as they could be.
The team at Pension Pulse made very straightforward without all the jargon and they also regularly check in in case any modifications can be made to maximize returns.

We have been impressed with the whole process. From initial conversations, to exploratory meetings to the detailed meetings and all with no pressure applied to sign up. Everything has been explained clearly and they were very patient with us asking lots of questions. We are just hoping that the advice pays off now!

Although I am brand new to Pension Pulse I have been very impressed by the level of customer so far. Nothing is too much trouble and they seek to empower customers to take control of their pensions which is great as I felt powerless with my old company but Pension Pulse have made transfer easy and I look forward to having active management rather than my pension being a bottom feeder to the point I may as well have left it under my mattress.

I had several old workplace pensions and I was unsure of the best way to deal with them. I had a first call with Pension Pulse who advised that they would be able to make some enquiries and suggest a plan of action. I had two subsequent calls, both of which were really informative and I decided to go ahead with Pension Pulse’s suggestions to move all my old pensions into one new pension which was more flexible. The process was made very easy and I was kept updated by Pension Pulse during the switch over. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would recommend Pension Pulse to anyone who needs advice re their pensions and retirement plans.

After many hours reading through comparison sites and the government websites I finally took the plunge , the reviews seemed, just what I wanted and was looking for. Team work, trust building, fully informed, straight forward and simple to understand.

Earlier this year I was contacted several times by my previous workplace pension providers to remind me that, as I’m now 55, I should start looking at my pensions to assess whether I could retire comfortably or not.
