I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Jessenia Guzman at Penske Vehicle Sales. From the very beginning, Jessenia demonstrated exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for the customer. She handled every question and concern quickly, efficiently, and with a very positive attitude. Her communication was clear, respectful, and reliable throughout the entire process. I also want to honestly mention that I previously had experiences with other employees within the same company that unfortunately were not positive. Because of those experiences, my overall impression of the company had become questionable. However, working with Jessenia completely changed my perspective. Thanks to her dedication, kindness, problem-solving skills, and high level of professionalism, I was left with a very positive impression not only of her personally, but also of Penske as a company and team overall.

I flew in from FL off two flights tired as hell and just wanted to be in my truck they had me in the shop and out the door, signed sealed and air conditioned with my own truck in less than 15 minutes.
