I waited until these came back in stock. So glad I did. Quality product and exactly what I wanted. Delivered as expected and was kept informed of progress.

Quick easy to order with plenty of communication

Was very pleased with our order the counter stools are just what we wanted and look great. Received the order quicker than anticipated.
However my husband noticed on the legs where the cross bars join there are welding marks in all four places on each of the stools.
Not sure if this is intentional or not. I quite like the look which feels rustic but my husband feels it looks amateurish.
That’s the reason for 4 * instead of 5*

The stools are very nice and just what we had in mind. The polystyrene packing was messy and a pain to get rid of.

We were looking for 6 new stools for our recently renovated kitchen, and found the Venice Counter Stool range on their Instagram (of all places). £225 per stool plus delivery, so not cheap, but was it worth it?

The website stated delivery was up to 14 working days, so I called them up and said "any chance I could get them in 4-5 days?". Danielle said not a problem, took my order and payment over the phone and delivered exactly as promised.

Stools were well packaged (individually and pre-built) on a pallet, and once unboxed it was clear how well made they were. Comfy, look good, solid.

Already looking to order more furniture for the house, great service and worth the money.

I have just bought the Tan Salcombe leather dining bench 200cm and the Gardena sheepskin bench 100cm. I am extremely impressed by both, they are sooo well made and I absolutely love them. I will definitely buy in the future and I now follow you on instagram and Facebook. Thank you 🙏

The delivery and VAT charges were not transparent as to be included in the price!
I like the chairs - but was disappointed ☹️ in the extra charges.

Great service from placing the order with Danielle. Furniture is beautifully made, delivery was very quick too.
On one stool there was a mark on the leather but talking to Rhianna this was quickly resolved.
Very happy customer and will order again.

We're so pleased with our California chairs. They're smart and comfortable and yet come at a price which is significantly less than other similar chairs we looked at. The delivery charge was higher than I expected, but to be fair, I suspect our four chair order was a small one compared to their average commercial customer. Still, at the price it was well worth it.

Very helpful service on the phone helping me with stock availability and delaying delivery. Fantastic outdoor, butter yellow bar stools too. We have had many complaints. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love the furniture ordered the bench 2 chairs and table as a set in the lovely green colour.

Only downside was the cost for delivery £75 was a bit steep. And we don't live close enough to them to collect

This is a great company , I had to change my delivery date due to my garden finish date changes, and I had great communication and understanding

Very nice product all arrived ok, it took me ages to decide on this product compared to others. My only regret is once I decided to purchase the lounge set, the dining chairs to match were sold out. Luckily I found some on another site.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. The build quality is incredible for the price, the leather is beautiful, in colour, texture, quality. But their service is excellent. I couldn't get the stools I initially chose, so they sent free samples of other leathers, they sent pictures of other stools sat in different lighting, they stayed in touch throughout the process and made me confident the choice I made was correct.
The stools are perfect, the company is excellent. I will return as a customer 100%. What a breath if fresh air this company is.
