Have bought several items from Pepper Mill, with no problems whatsoever. I give 5 stars, those reasons being, lovely staff, quality furnishings and good delivery service. Have my eye on a note table too.:).

Great friendly service, prompt delivery & stylish, durable dining chairs. We’ve bought 18 to date & will be ordering more for our luxury self-catering cottages & our own home! Also purchased an amazing made to measure dining table sitting 16 - which is still going strong and wowing our guests!

I bought four bar stools made, walnut with leather seats. I know from my research that the price was very competitive - there are 'similar' products out there for substantially more. However, I'm willing to bet they wouldn't be of the same quality, they are fabulous. When I first saw them on line they were out of stock, so I registered to be emailed when they were available. In a fairly short space of time I was duly notified. I contacted customer service a couple of times with questions and Alice got straight back to me with what I needed to know. This company are as pleasure to deal with and I'm delighted with my purchase.

Great product only wish you provided a service to get rid of the pallet after delivery.

After looking in several shops and searching online unsuccessfully, my wife and I went to Peppermill Interiors and were surprised at the size of the premises and extent of the choices available. It took a while to whitle down sitting on one chair after another. The staff even made is a cup of tea to enjoy at prospective new table and chairs. We ended up with a beautiful button sofa and 5 chairs that are around our dinning table. Everyone who comes to the house comment on how nice the sofa is at the table and we love it.

We love our cafeteria tables and chairs from Peppermill! They are bright, stylish but super hard wearing. This year we bought additional chairs as they were so popular! The delivery is always smooth and trackable which is helpful.

I was so impressed with the selection and range. Went to buy counter stools and spotted a lot more than I was expecting to see so I will be back soon. Joshua was so friendly and helpful.

Each time we have visited peppermill the staff have been fantastic, and they were again on this occasion.
Having just moved house right before Christmas, the first thing we set out to do was buy a dining table. We had arrived in store to purchase the Darcy table, however realised that we had missed the pre-christmas cut off to receive the table in time (nightmare, imagine no dining table for Christmas day!) however the staff worked with us to find a solution, and we did indeed receive our table.
Unfortunately, once the table arrived, there was a mistake and we received mismatched top and bottom to our table (my husband thought I was buying something 'artsy fartsy' - in his words!). I contacted peppermill and they went above and beyond to correct the issue, right before Christmas. We don't live too local to the store, around 30 minutes away, but nevertheless they arranged to collect and replace the table, and arrange installation (the guys were fantastic!) all before Christmas. They didn't have to do any of this. We had missed the cut off, and that wasn't their fault. Having recognised the stress we were under having moved house (literally the day before we were in store!) peppermill couldn't have been more helpful. Having been in many times over the years when we lived just across the road and always having had a great experience this was the best end to a stressful few days for us, and it's reasons like this that we will be customers for many more years to come. Next on the list is dining chairs to match the table!

I ordered 3XBar stools/chairs, they are really sturdy and great quality and look great . I absolutely love them. Delivered at exactly the right and expected time by 2 lovely chaps who, due to heavy snow couldn't get the lorry up the road to my house so they put the chairs on a trolley and wheeled them, in the freezing cold snow the whole way up the road. They came from Birmingham to London and arrived around 8am. Amazing service. I would 100% recommend.

The choice is amazing, great prices and the chairs we bought (6) are so comfortable and affordable. 2 of the chairs were out of stock but we got a phone call 10 days later to say they were now in stock. Great service thank you

We discovered the Peppermill guys by chance whilst been given the company’s details after visiting a local reclamation yard.
First impressions were, Wow! Somewhere different to try! a cool space with a beautiful selection of quality furniture and very affordable prices and where you were left to roam around with helpfull advice if required.

I had a great experience with Peppermill Interiors. The quality of the furniture is excellent and exactly as described, with a really stylish and well-finished look. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was smooth and well communicated. The item arrived well packaged and on time, and it has completely transformed the space. So glad I bought 4 oak stools from Peppermill Interiors. Staff were incredibly helpful after my initial difficulty completing the order online and were quick to respond to emails. They were delivered the same week by a careful and friendly courier and did not disappoint. Beautifully made and a decent enough price for the quality. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
