Very responsive. This is new software to our company and I am one of the “test” crews. Per4mance is working closely with our company to build a custom application.

This program has helped increase team productivity and helped the management team identify projects that weren’t priced properly. Sales managers can also see whose projects are most/less profitable and address pricing with the salesperson(s). Great program!!!

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Performance Pay, and a huge part of that is thanks to Taylor. He has been incredible to work with—always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions we have. No matter what comes up, he’s quick to help and makes sure we fully understand the system.

Performance Pay has been an awesome program for our company. It has brought a tremendous amount of structure and accountability to our operations while giving our employees a clear incentive to perform at their best. The transparency and motivation it creates have had a very positive impact on our team.

Amazing application, allows us as foremen to really keep track of our jobs and our pay, plan ahead and run things more efficiently. Super user friendly and created transparency in our bonus pay, and more trust between management and production. Will Blake is very hands on, answers phone calls and questions, and personally walked our entire company through everything. Five stars would recommend to anyone in the trades or any company with a bonus pay structure

Per4mance has been a great addition for our team! The customer support is absolutely fantastic and the ability for the crew to see what they’re making has been a game changer. I mean, who doesn’t want to make more money in less time? It’s a win-win for both sides!

The ability for the production crew to see how they are performing is a game-changer! No longer do they have to guess at what their paycheck will be, they now know. The efficiency of the program more than pays for itself.

We’re very happy with the Per4mance platform and team so far. The support has been exceptional. In just a month, our production revenue is up meaningfully and we’re able to actually lower our labor expense in the process. It’s been a solid experience so far. Per4mance has allowed me as a manager to show our teams exactly where they stand from project to project in terms of capacity, efficiency, etc. The teams now have the information in the moment of how they performed on each job allowing clarity and avenues for improvement.

Per4mance helps bring clarity to our install teams on their bonus pay without us having to manage a ton of sheets to make it work. Before, there was so much time spent on this for payroll; now it's simple, we download the files and plug them in. AND the crews know what their bonus is ahead of time, and if they are on track for a profitable week.

This app switch was hands down the smoothest transition I've ever experienced! It was very easy to set up & the fact that the Per4mance staff helped made it even easier for us. The app already feels familiar yet we upgraded, and setup took minutes. If every app launch was this effortless, we'd all be spoiled! Our foreman also learned it very quickly & they love that they can see their bonuses in real time! We just launched today and I've never seen the crews pull out & get their day started quicker than they did this morning! The best thing is that we didn't have to do or say a thing! This is a total game changer & great way to level up the production team!

Per4mance is totally game changing to a company such as ours. We are a local trades company and provide services for mainly residential applications. Our labor cost was 28% on average for the year and with just a couple weeks of using Per4mance we are seeing it down to 18%. We now have half the crews and they do just as much if not more than what we used to. This was like putting gas on a fire. My fuel bill has decreased 40% because less crews on the road couldn't be more happy with how everything has went. I was looking for a software like this and glad I found Per4mance.

Per4mance.io has been a great addition to our workflow. It’s a solid software platform, and we expect even greater things as it continues to evolve. Onboarding and tech support have been top-notch — we couldn’t ask for more. Our crews absolutely love it. We were doing all of this manually with spreadsheets before, and this gave us a clean dashboard and a much easier interface. Highly recommend!
