Per4mance was a game changer in our company, it’s has saved the accountant department hours and days for doing performance payroll. Our Forman are very into challenging each other and this gives them each an understanding who’s in the lead for revenue installed and who has bragging rights..lol. It also keeps track of non revenue time so that the managers can see if a crew is taking too long to do a job. This gives managers the ability to coach or correct any issues before there’s a bigger problem. Highly recommended From Blackburn Foundation repair!

Game Changer!!!
This was a game changer in my field operations. Literally doing the same amount of revenue for 20% less in labor cost. What took a team of 5 guys is now down by 4. The guys are happy because they make more. I’m happy because my bottom line is less. And the savings are compounding. This is even done wonders for my Workmen’s Comp. insurance. Sure, it takes some learning and the company is still working out some more fancy features. But they’re extremely responsive and they are adding new features every update.

Per4mance.io has been such a great…
Per4mance.io has been such a great decision for our company. My managers use to spend 6 hours every week figuring bonus for our crews. Inevitably some teams felt the math was wrong and there was just distrust from all sides. Now, the foreman is responsible for their hours and bonus calculation and our managers just have to review and approve, maybe one hour a pay week. Our cost of labor has gone down and the crews are installing more in a week than they ever have. Plus it helps improve quality because the foreman knows if they have to go back, it comes out of a future bonus. I highly recommend this app
