I found Rachel really easy to talk to. She also explained some aspects of my last clinic letter and helped me on some questions for my next appointment. She is putting together a plan bespoked to my needs.

I found the meeting experience very good I felt very at ease throughout the meeting and able to discuss any worries I may have. I found setting up the meeting very easy. The reason for 4 stars is that I found it very difficult to navigate the platform.

Anxiety was treated sensitively
The concerns i had were handled in a very sensitive way and i left feeling listened to and with ideas of how i could improve the situation.

great to have the nurse reach out to me, I felt that I was taking an appointment from someone else and Lisa reach out made me realise it was ok.

Really happy with first session with Laura!!!
Really enjoyed meeting Laura Ashurst for the first time yesterday. I have tried meditation on my own but felt a bit lost as to how to progress. I feel now that going forwards with regular sessions with Laura, it will give me a greater understanding and belief of the changes that meditation and mindfulness can do for one - in my case health anxiety - which I have suffered from in the past and which has appeared again post a recent breast cancer diagnosis. I am really looking forwards to continue working with Laura and feel super confident that it will be extremely beneficial for me. Thank you Laura

I was given information and support which reduced my anxiety.
I spoke to the nurse specialist who was able to listen to my worries. She gave me some possibly outcome depending oh her knowledge and experience. Although everyone is different but it was reassuring.
