This company posted a job on my behalf following an initial enquiry I made and a brief initial discussion. They then followed up with an email which I never responded to, as I no longer required their assistance. However despite this, they posted a job without my consent or agreement to any terms. The job post was extremely specific and inappropriate revealing the details of my family home. This is a rogue agent and should not be used.
The company fails to state in their reply to this review that they accept the job specification has been posted externally and they are investigating how the information I disclosed to them was made external. Furthermore, they are investigating their internal processes to further reduce any risk of misinterpretation. There was no misinterpretation. It was an initial inquiry and it was clear there was no consent given to proceed and there were no terms and conditions signed by me. This is against the industry standard for recruitment companies and likely against the law.

As an established private household recruitment agency with over 15 years’ experience, we operate with strict discretion at all times and do not publish or disclose any personally identifiable client information, including names, addresses, or household-specific details.
We would like to reassure you that the content in question is intentionally generic in nature and is designed only to reflect the requirements of the role in order to source suitable candidates efficiently. No identifiable details relating to your household were included at any stage which would enable a third party to directly link the role back to you without prior knowledge of your requirements.
At no point was there any intention to publish a live vacancy on your behalf or in any manner directly linked to you without instruction or agreement, and no formal recruitment process was commenced without appropriate authorisation.
We also note your concern regarding third-party publication. We do not have any relationship with external websites such as the one referenced, nor do we supply or distribute content to them. In some instances, content may be indexed or reproduced without authorisation, which we are actively investigating.

Perfect Household Staff is a wonderful agency! I sent my CV & cover letter over to them regarding a housekeeping position. I had a zoom meeting with a consultant telling them all about myself, my skills etc & I then went on to the next phase where I was put forward for the position.
I then had a zoom meeting outlining the details of the job & family, followed by another zoom meeting with the employer. All went very well & smoothly!
Great agency as they listened to my needs as a housekeeper & what I’m looking for! I would highly recommend them, brilliant service & very efficient with setting up zoom calls & an upcoming in person interview!

Great support and guidance throughout the process
I was genuinely surprised by how supportive and professional this agency is. They offer real help and guidance to candidates, especially before the first interview with the employer via Zoom. I felt very well prepared and supported throughout the process.
What really stood out to me is that the agency clearly cares about both sides – the candidate and the employer. The recruiter provided helpful advice that I could actually use, which made me feel much more confident going into the interview.
I haven’t experienced this level of support from a recruitment agency before, so it was a very pleasant surprise. Whenever I had questions or doubts, I could ask for advice. I definitely felt listened to and supported, and it makes a big difference.
