if u know how to use it or how to verify it , its one of best financial company for Transfer or exchange your PM to any thing with just 0.5% fee (lowest fee in the same company like , advCash, Payeer , Webmoney and....)

I wanted to access my account. I was told to verify my account, upon doing that a new password was sent. I accessed the account initially. Afterwards it kept through me out if I attempt to open again. In a nutshell I dont have access to my account again. People need to stay away for this payment processor as it has suddenly turn to another nightmare!

Its company is Fraud because of in Old Company Perfectmoney.uk , My more than 1300 doller taken and now company new webiste launch and taken money. Still date my money not retrun.

This is clearly a scam. Sending documents for weeks now and nothing in return.
If they cant help me with anything I'm willing to go to the local police in Hong Kong.

*finally after some time and only using my passport as verification I was able to send the money to my PayPal account by using Certified Exchange Partners and Smart Pays!

I don't know why people rate bad for this service. It's working perfectly for me.
Just hope they will redesign the UI & UX in the future

This website is a huge scam. Their platform was also used by criminals, and was not reliable at all. Also, this company needs sensitive info just to recover your password, which is a big red flag for me. The customer service is terrible, too.

Terrible website. Poor instructions for documents needed to verify account and no response from the customer service team even after repeated complaints. After repeated upload of genuine documents, they had always found a way to reject them. My money is stuck on this website which I was forced to register by another company. :(

I already uploaded the required documents for my account verification, but they keep declining my verification because they require scans of stamped and signed paper bills!!!!
In my current residence country, utility providers do not issue paper bills anymore. Most utility bills nowadays are issued electronically.
I uploaded the same kind of bills as address proofs on other platforms and my accounts there got already verified, except PAYEER and Perfect Money!!
Without verification, I cannot make any fiat deposit using credit cards or bank transfer!!!

Terrible website with unclear and vague explanations on everything and next to no customer support worth mentioning. Claim that using them makes money transfers as fast as lightning. What a joke. Unfortunately they have turned me off all of these internet wallet crypto payment systems altogether.

I asked why my verification kept failing, they accused me of uploading faked documents and that forgery was a crime haha, all for 150€

Even after asking for sensitive data, they won't still verify your account. They work with third party scammers like Tirus and fake payment gateways that act as accessory before the fact. Regulators are supposed to have put searchlight on your operation long before now.
All that i was asking for was my invested capital atleast they can keep the rest. They kept telling me that i was progressing which i could see. being an expert, i expected a better outcome but this never happened. I quite understand that this was a sorta gamble but with Ezrat, i thought that i was in safe hands. I lost almost all and had to borrow since he said that it was necessary to salvage my loses. After this, no positive result and i started demanding for my money but he would'nt listen. I reported to the police but got no remedy because they were already blacklisted and were not within jurisdiction. My report to

It was recouped after a while but i dindt get my ROI but i am okay with that. Please stop your investment and request for a refund.

I have also filed a report with the interpol even after my recoup because this mess has to stop.
Beware that all the so-called positive reviews with 5 star are fake. Invest no penny.
