The worst payment system in the world by a mile.
Their technology is outdated and not intuitive. I have been trying to open a business account with them for 2 months and their customer service is so bad it's not beyond a joke.

You ask them a question and they send copy and paste replies that have nothing to do with what you asked them.

I have opened a business account with Paypal, Wise, Stripe, Payoneer, Payeer and couple others with exactly the same documents, yet these muppets can't manage to open the account.

Stay away, you will waste your time and probably your money based on the other reviews.

My personal experience is good with them ... everyday I receive and send money ... still haven't face any problem with them .

Not working in past 24hour with out any support or information only a scam site. I hope reopen for whidraaw my Money

They have a circle that borrows money from hundreds of lenders but does not back. Astonishingly, they never take any action against them even they do not cancel the scammer's account. If you contact the support team, they reply that they are not police to arrest the scammer. They are very dangerous. I am the real victim.

Below is the support ticket reply from Michael Croop, Customer Support Manager:
"There is nothing else we can do in such situation because we are not police.
If you did not recieve funds that means there are no funds left in the accounts of the borrower."

The withdrawal fees for wire transfer are insane. From $450 they took $180. F#$% them.

I have been using PM since 2013 and haven't been in a problem ever. I made alot of transactions deposits, withdrawals and all successfuly done and were very fast. I never made a big transaction with them , the biggest one was about $1200.

They aren't sending sms for verification though thay taking 0.1 usd for a sms.

one of the worst online banking services,I'm trying to verifie my account since 1 month , customer services reply after 2-3 days ,and I try to add my phone to get my account verify and it's not working ,WHY WHOULD AS US TO ADD OUR PHONE IF YOU CAN NOT SUPPORT THIS SERVICE !?

I have heartbreaking expierence with PM they steel from me 7k and even dont think to give back , but ridicule me and ask more ,please people if you read this message , think before put money there in this company , please think hard , because you never know if you will see them :((

Perfectmoney is good for small transactions. But it is verse digital wallet because they block my account on a customers report that i have stolen her his 2.29 usd i never accessed his account i never knew his password his member id to steal his money. Perfect money did not contact me did not inform me did not notice me did not investigate the case did not checked reportes account access logs devices location transactions which means they are careless not standard service providers. Only on a blame they blocked my account. The actual case seemed that the reporter sent his 2.29 usd by his own hand was not able how to send or whom to send money. While he mistakenly sent money to me may be . He reported and my account blocked without any proof any investigation any contact i contacted perfect money support but no any response found yet.
Perfectmoney CPU does not ready to work just do no matter if some one is giluity And it is not legit or regulated by any fcp where users can report against perfectmoney.is
Over all lazy and time pass officials work. Cases are not taken seriously on merit
