perk voucher purchased by mistaken
I have had issue with my Perk voucher, which i have purchased by mistaken and when i read the terms and condition the vouchers are not refundable however when i have contacted Perk box help team i got support and the voucher has been refunded.

Pleasantly surprised by attentive customer service!
I had some technical issues with using the app on my phone. I contacted customer services and received friendly and very helpful report from Sofie, the continuity was great, you do not generally get this with customer help departments from my experience. Over a series of emails spanning several days (as it generally took me a while to respond to these) she guided me though what the issue could be due to, sending me helpful screenshots to assist me. In the end the issue was caused by cookies/cache on my iphone. Many thanks to Sofie for her help to resolve it!

Love the concept of Perkbox, it's a great way to reward colleagues. And the team at Perkbox are super helpful!
Do not use this app NEVER!
We started to use this app 3 years ago, and since then I used only the points at Amazon.
Discounts are a big balloon. When you try to use the provided links at the end, you get frustrated. No discount. They are using your data to get more companies in, and that's it.
Looks like using employee's spending data to get profit.

Great Customer Service
Had an issue where I had chosen the wrong voucher. After navigating through Perkbox's chatbot I was able to Teams a member of their staff. Lauren was very understanding and was hopeful that I would get my money back. Sure enough she was able to do just that.
Help with refund
Although I had wrongly ordered a voucher I was unable to use, Olivia was a great help in understanding my confusion and managed to refund the full amount.

Lauren came to my rescue the other day when I was having a tough time redeeming a voucher. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, kept me in the loop, and set my expectations just right. Service like that deserves a solid 100 out of 10!

I was incredibly disheartened with Perkbox and their ‘benefits’ initially.
I purchased a significant cash sum of vouchers for Playstation (who don’t have the best reputation either, it appears).
The Perkbox vouchers were provided fairly swiftly.
However, when I proceeded to spend them they were not accepted by PlayStation.
I complained directly to the ‘Happy Customer Team Lead’ who, on the first few communications refused to interact directly with PlayStation on behalf of their customer and also refused to provide a refund; despite me providing evidence that I had complained directly with PlayStation also.
I have now received a full refund from Perkbox and thank them for their rectification.
I have not even had the courtesy of a reply from PlayStation.
