The product ordered (Low Calorie & Gluten Free - Salmon & Brown Rice 2Kg Trial Pack) is still being assessed. Our Jack Russell, a fussy eater, usually finishes her daily allowance within 24 hours - which is a better rate of consumption than the dog-food we previously used.
It also seems to be working in terms of weight control. So far, therefore, no complaints about the actual product.
However, the DPD Express delivery was slightly disappointing - taking 4 days to arrive (although that did include a weekend).

Good quality dog food and great service

Decided to purchase directly from pero as our local pet shop was out of stock of our dogs favourite dog food.
We recently switched our dog to the pero fussy eater gold kibble after trying the 2kg bags we ordered a 12kg bag.
After waiting nearly a week for delivery we chased up our order with customer service who couldn't answer what the delay was ? And was told they would get back to us as they needed to check with the warehouse? When we followed this up we was told we would be sent out with no reason given for the delay?
After receiving the food we opened the 12kg bag and noticed that the food was sticky oily and greasy Not how we had found previous 2kg bags
Anyway gave our labrador 320g in 2 160g portions, unfortunately after we gave her the final part of her dinner she was really sick which continued for the next couple of days, we contacted our vet who advised not to feed her anymore of the new food? And also to contact the supplier as there could be something wrong with the batch?
After again contacting customer services we was advised to just send an email with pictures which we did? With no advice or concern. Since then we haven't received any acknowledgement or reply or advice to our email

This company and its dog food is absolutely excellent! I was previously feeding my two labradors on Millies Wolfheart, however the price increased dramatically and I was no longer able to afford it. I used All About Dog Food to look for different kibble and came across the Truline Fish Variety by Pero Pet Food. The nutrition rating is amazingly high (actually higher than the Millies Wolfheart food they were previously on), it has a high meat content, the packaging is clearly labelled and best of all it doesn't break the bank! I usually buy 12kg bags from Pets at home as it is typically cheaper than buying from Pero directly and im able to collect within a few hours, nevertheless, when i have ordred direct from Pero the process has been quick and easy and i have never had any issues. The kibble its self is a great size so i don't have to worry when feeding it to the dogs and i was also shocked to find that it does not stink like other kibbles i have fed them!

Stumbled across some Pero High meat, gluten free dog food whilst on holiday in Wales. Really impressed. Not only does it seem to agree with both my dogs’ digestive systems, there is a “one size fits all”. As I’ve two dogs, one big one small I was used to buying two lots of dog food with small and large kibbles! No more! Pero’s is all I need. I feel confident that my dogs are getting all the nutrients they need, they love the taste and without being too graphic, stools are just as they should be!

Was so happy I placed an online order, which was a swift, no nonsense procedure and feel this is the start of a long relationship with Peros.
