My first purchase from Barkridges and I am really impressed. The harness I ordered looked lovely and I was excited to try on my dog unfortunately it was too big. Barkridges had already emailed to ask me if I was happy so I explained that it didn't look right despite having measured her before ordering. Anna at Barkridges was excellent, she asked me exact questions about the fit and requested photographs and from that she was able to determine the size we required. The new size arrived the next day and was a much better fit. Again Anna asked me to send photos so she could check and we adjusted the straps a little. My dog is clearly very comfortable in this harness, unlike her old step into harness which she dislikes, she is happy to let me put this one over her head and walks and runs happily while wearing it. It is really easy to take off with clips both sides. The harness is really well made and looks fabulous. I love the design and colours and my dog has already received many compliments. I was refunded promptly for my return item and again was emailed to inform me. The customer service and communication is excellent. I would highly recommend this small British company.

Sizing explained well, easy to order, quick delivery, query responded to straightaway. Dog seems happy wearing his new harness, so I’m happy too.

The fast deliver service and after sales help was very good and helped a lot to sort the problem I encountered.
The size for my dog was more for the XL size but in reality, he required the L size. Lip kindly allowed me to return the harness for the L and still guided me further about fitting properly.

Well designed harness, great adjustments for my often hard to fit Weimaraner and he enjoys wearing it, and after only two days he responds to it and the pulling has reduced.

Excellent service, received harness next day. The harness is very well made and I’m sure will improve our lead walks with our Springer Spaniel who pulls like a train.

I made a mistake in ordering but Anna from Barkridges was incredibly helpful. The harness is extremely well made and strong. Equally well designed and thought out for a comfortable fit. Not only that it’s the easiest harness to put on a dog ,who would much rather you didn’t, that I have found.

There is so much help and guidance to be found on the Barkridges site. It made choosing and buying the correct harness type and the size so easy.

I really like Max's new chest plate harness from Barkridge's; we'd been recommended by the vet to get this type of harness to prevent future shoulder issues and so far Max seems to be really comfortable in it. It fits well, looks super smart and is great value for money.

I ordered the tru fit comfort harness for my gsd, Bruce, after seeing it online and getting frustrated with my boys constant pulling on walks. Initially I ordered the wrong size that was too loose at the front, so after speaking with Anna at Barkridges then got the correct size which has worked a treat, pulling is significantly reduced and it is once again a pleasure to walk Bruce. Great product, amazing customer service and quick delivery, I would reccomend anyone to try this harness if their dog is a puller
