Customer Service was very helpful we followed the guideline and ordered a medium for our dog. Recommended was a bit big for him. Ordered the small one but that was too small. A little bit awkward to try and size him up decided to keep the both harnesses as we have a smaller dog, but none of them really fit all that well unfortunately but the product is excellent quality

I received my order very quickly indeed. I ordered late afternoon and everything arrived the following morning. Very pleased with the new collar and harness for my cockapoo, Ted.
The collar and harness are very well made and it is easy to make adjustments for a good fit. Also easy to put on and take off. Ted seems very comfortable wearing both the collar and the harness when out for a walk.
I received an email to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I certainly am and I would recommend the harness, collar and the company.

Our second set of collar and lead from Barkridges (only because we fancied a new colour!). Great products, particularly the lead that you can adjust your grip as necessary very easily, and the lockable collar adds extra security.

I did have some initial teething problems when placing the order as no confirmation email came through to any of my inboxes. However, as soon as I queried the order via your Chatbox, I received a helpful reply confirming that the order was being processed, and the order was duly received very promptly.

These bags are slightly smaller than i'm use to but strong, no rips. Arrive really quickly with lovely emails of appreciation too. I like the price of them and quick delivery. Excellent all round.
