I love my alarm. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has been most helpful and friendly
It is good to know that if I have an accident or fall I can call on help

The response is always quick. Fortunately I've not needed help
Yet but have triggered a few false alarms. The responder has always been polite and understanding. It's very reassuring to know someone is always there to help if needed.

As I have not ordered a personal alarm recently, not for the last 3 years your email was a complete an utter waste of time. When asking how this came about I was passed from Age UK Trading to Take Care who then tried to pass me back to Age UK Trading. Obviously neither organisation had any idea what had gone wrong and were unsure where to obtain an answer. Best to just put the phone down. But here we are again for the second time of asking. Can someone sort it out?.

Setup was easy and the advisors were fully supportive. Otherwise, I have not had occasion to use the alarm.

There is always someone available. Any problem is dealt with sympathetically.

Always easy to contact. Equipment simple to use.

It would be useful if on page 16 of the user guide you made it clear that the alarm unit is a sealed item . Mine had the red light flashing every 4 seconds which apparently means the battery is getting low. I couldn’t speak to anyone as is was the weekend, so I sent an email. A couple of hours later a lady called and explained it all to me. So now I’ll get a phone call to receive a new unit . It would be helpful to be able read this in the booklet.

Very helpful and immediate response from alarm system staff if the alarm is activated…. A few times by mistake!!
It makes my mother in law feel safer in her own home knowing she has the alarm on her wrist ….

I have never had an emergency call to make but my contacts with the Personal Alarm Service have been constructive and assuring.

good morning, I am very grateful to have my watch,because i have a pacemaker i could not have the pendant, my son ordered it on the tuesday i received wednesday afternoon. i did not realize how sensitive it is and have had a lady speak to me several times,asking if i was ok. thankyou so very much for constantly looking after me. The personal alarm from age uk was the best choice that i have ever made,it is so very easy to use and gives me more sense of security. I have pressed the alarm by mistake a few times and within seconds been connected to an operator who are so very professional. I always say im sorry in which they reply that it is certainly not a problem at all and say that is what they are there for and to make sure that i am totally well. The service is 100 percent and i totally RECOMMEND (im 94)

Although I have not had to use my alarm in an emergeny I have accidentally set it of on several occasions. When this has happened a caller has answered promptly and is very polite and friendly. I would certainly recommend it.

When you live on your own it gives you peace of mind. On the odd occasion I used it the service was excellent

System works well, whether at home or other parts of the country.
Response staff are professional and friendly.

Fortunately not had the need to call but safe knowing that this is available.
