Kimberley was amazing on site at our Royal mail, she worked around the staff to ensure they weren’t distributed in their duties and ensured all the new guys knew about their benefits. She is an asset to the company. The benefits personal group offer to our staff have been very beneficial for our staff and I know our staff use them.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Arnie from personal group at Bridgewood Manor this week. He was very informative and showed such genuine care about employees and their wellbeing. He had all the answers to my questions and made me feel like personal group staff want the best for us as employees. I will definitely recommend to anyone else who didn’t get the chance to speak to him that they should take some time to look into what personal group offers.

Richard was amazing, reminding me of the cover on my policy at B&H Buses and offering and explaining options for upgrade, as well as informing me I could claim for a recent hospital visit, which I didn't realise I could do!
