Arthur was very polite and thoughtful. He acted quickly to locate the problem and dealt with it immediately. Then disinfected the area to ensure it was safe. He let me know when the job was done and told me exactly what was done.

We were very satisfied by the work which Tom, your pest control officer, did earlier today. He was incisive in his decisions and business-like in performing his task, as well as having a friendly disposition. He also clarified what we have to do next regarding his further visits in two weeks and then three weeks after that.

Very good service. Aiden was very thorough when dealing with our problem.
He came to re bait the area, checked the pump assisted drainage system to ensure no infestation to the drains,and gave me good advice going forward. Would highly recommend him for any future visits.
