Thomas was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely confident in the service provided. We were extremely impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing pest control services. JG staff are very courteous and organised and they managed to fit in a time slot the same day I rang to treat some pesky spiders at our clients property. Would recommend ;-)
