I called Pest UK to deal with rats in my garden. The technician arrived for both visits on time, very courteous and straightforward to deal with. I appreciated that he arrived in a discreet white van and parked a little away from my property. The garden and outbuilding were thoroughly baited and 3 weeks later no activity.

The technician was great but office communication wasn't the best
The technician was great, however the communication with the office wasn't the best experience. I had to email and call more than it should have been necessary to find out when I could expect the contract, T&C's and installation date.

Vlad and Isa are excellent with their service
I had a great experience with Isa and Vlad. They provided an amazing service and are very trustworthy. Isa was wonderful on the phone, was polite, and responded to all of my questions clearly. Vlad was amazing with his pest service in my house. He was very nice and was clearly explaining why he was using his techniques. He gave a lot of reassurance to us during his service, which was very calming for my family in a stressful situation with the pest in our home. I would recommend this service to other people.
