I phoned thinking we had a problem with wasps in the loft. They sent someone out same day who checked everything and confirmed no live nests. Dave was absolutely brilliant so friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend the company,

Our technician Tom Hamm was brillaint - Quick / tidy / efficient and helpful. HE did an excellent job of resolving our issue.
All of the technicians we have used have been excellent. The head office experience isn't as great. Not great at call backs and answering emails without looking at the full details. Slightly lets the company down.

Pest UK was excellent from start to…
Pest UK was excellent from start to finish. Despite an initial mix-up with the appointment scheduling, Bob did his best to get Ollie here who handled everything calmly and professionally. He dealt with a difficult situation — safely and humanely dispatching a live mouse that had been caught in a trap — with real care and composure, which was very reassuring.
He then took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire property, identifying potential entry points and explaining things clearly along the way. He also laid preventative pellets to help stop any further mice from getting in.
Overall, Ollie was knowledgeable, methodical, and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Pest Uk services.
