Site d'une filsdeputerie colossale!!! J'ai perdu mon chat et ai donc déposer des annonces sur certains sites pour le retrouver. Immédiatement j'ai reçu des mails de la part de Pet911 agissant comme si j'avais déposer une annonce chez eux en reprenant les photos que j'avais déposer ailleurs etc. Ce qui n'est pas le cas. JE passe sur les faux messages de soutien et les spams pour des médiums. Ce qui est vraiment ecoeurant c'est qu'il me montre une autre annonce de chat trouvé décédé et qui ressemble fortement a mon chat sans autre information. Pour pouvoir voir cette annonce, ou ne serait ce qu'une localisation il me demande de payer 55 euros. Payé pour publier c'est dégueulasse mais a la limite cela peut se justifier.
Mais alors pour pouvoir voir les annonces d'autres personnes c'est tout bonnement de l'extortion. Vous êtes a vomir!!!

Un site où on ne peut pas supprimer son…

Dés qu’on publie son annonce une pluie de messages et mails nous tombe dessus pour des pratiques douteuses afin (soit lisant ) nous aider à retrouver son chien ou chat spirituellement contre une participation financière sinon c’est pas drôle !!! Jai bel et bien conscience que c’est tentatives d’escroquerie ! J’imagine même pas le nombre de personnes à tomber dans le panneau ! N’hésitez pas à les signaler . Et pour couronner le tout nous ne pouvons pas supprimer notre compte !! Incroyable !!

Do NOT do it

Do NOT do it! I paid the $120 because needed help looking for my cat. There were exactly 2 volunteers in my area and lord knows if they ever looked for my cat. You get exactly nothing for a lot of money. You are better off using Pawboost or posting in a local Facebook group. Also after 24 hours my post on this site for my cat had 96 reviews. I will be disputing the charges.

Grosse arnaque

Grosse arnaque. Le site ne reconnait aucun de mes mots de passe possibles. Lorsque je demande la réinitialisation du mot de passe, la page m'indique que je vais recevoir un mail de réinitialisation, mais je n'ai jamais reçu ce mail malgré 3 demandes. Lorsque j'essaie de créer un nouveau, la page me dit que c'est impossible car j'ai déjà un compte... donc, en fait, impossible de déposer une annonce.

Don’t do it!!!!!!

I only give it to you instead of a one because they may have actually have done something but what I don’t know. I live in Ocala. My ZIP Code is 34470. They’ve been advertising my lost cat in the Orlando area approximately two hours away from me give or take. I’ve contacted them repeatedly. The answer was the advertises in the next biggest major city and that’s the area that corresponds with the address I gave. On their website it states how they have over 475,000 volunteers so you would think in my area there would be more than two right? When you sign up for the service it definitely sounds like there’s gonna be a team looking for your pet somewhere. It’s on their website and you can read that for yourself. Two people. Exactly 2 people were sent out to look for my cat. They say. Who knows if that even happened. They offered me $14 back out of the 150 something that I paid for their services. I told him they are running a con and karma would be coming back at them. I have copies of my email correspondence photos of my cat being advertised by their company in the Orlando area. I’ve posted them on all of the lost pets forums on Facebook here in my local area. But wanted to come here in hopes that people could see it too. I’ve also used Paul boost. Not sure if it’s helped, but I’ve at least seen their advertisements they’ve placed out with my cats picture and information on it. Pet 911 also says they will notify local veterinary clinics of your cat. I’ve asked them to send me a list of where exactly they’ve sent my cat information to. I’ve also asked to see where they’ve posted my cat as missing at online. I have not gotten a response back. As of Saturday, the veterinary clinics that are closest to me which are two have not received anything from them about my missing cat. So I’m sure that they’ve notified all the Orlando area veterinary clinics, which is why they haven’t sent me a list. Total con. Taken advantage of vulnerable people in vulnerable time.
As far as the response down below where they replied. My address and I don’t care that. I’m putting it on the Internet is 6863 N. E. 2nd Loop, Ocala, FL 34470. Ask them to provide the list of where they sent information on my cat….. I will tell you with 100% certainty that the six closest veterinarian offices to me were not informed. As well as Marion County animal services, which is less than 6 miles up the street from me. So there lies the problem. If they don’t use the location where your cat was last seen from and/or where your cat lives. Odds are he won’t be found through this pet 911 service.shellyshiver70 at gmail.com. Email me if you would like to see the list of the places they contacted. Or the advertisement that they placed with my cats picture living in Orlando. I would be more than happy to supply them to you. This company takes advantage of victims point blank.. And no, I didn’t ask for money back. They can keep every dime of it. I told him to use it to better train employees.

We shared screenshots from our Facebook advertising dashboard showing that targeted ads were indeed launched specifically around Ocala, based on the address you provided. The ad has appeared in the Orlando Facebook group due to regional structuring of our groups, but the advertising reach was correctly set to your local area.

Regarding volunteers: our website clearly states that we have over 475,000 registered volunteers, but it does not guarantee how many are located in any specific town. In your case, there were two volunteers within the radius of your listing. We notified both of them and offered you a refund for this service, which you declined.

We also informed you that your listing had been sent to 52 veterinary clinics within 15 km of your address. You were given a direct link to your personal statistics dashboard where this full list can be reviewed. This is a standard feature available to every user, and it offers full transparency.

Lastly, we want to clarify that the refund amount we offered was $26, not $14 — covering two services that were less effective in your case. Again, you declined the refund and instead chose to leave a public review.

Our intention has never been to deceive anyone. We are a small team trying to help pet owners across many regions, and our services are clearly outlined on our website. We deeply regret that we couldn’t meet your expectations and wish you and your cat all the best.

COMPLETE SCAM

COMPLETE SCAM. A front to take advantage of people sad about losing their pets. Filtered or fake reviews on their site (my 1-star review does not appear) and false listings of animals found (my animal shows as "found" after I unpublished my post and selected "Other" as the reason, not "My animal was found"). The "services" they performed for 120€ were sharing my post to one tiny Facebook group created by them not even close to where I live, and then posting lies on their web site.

First and foremost, we are not a scam. We genuinely care about helping people find their lost pets, and your case was treated with the same care and attention we give to all of our users. Like every user, you had access to view your announcement statistics at any time directly under your post. When you asked us for more details about the work done, we promptly sent you screenshots and updates to confirm the actions we had taken on your behalf.

Your listing received over 650 views in the area where your cat went missing. The Facebook group you mentioned is just one of the outreach channels we use, and it was selected based on the location you specified in your announcement. We never posted anything false about your listing.

It’s also important to clarify that the 120€ you paid was not for a single post in a Facebook group. The package included several premium services: notifications to local volunteers, alerts about similar found pets, and targeted Facebook advertising in the area of the loss. A full description of these services is available both on the website and at the time of purchase. Nowhere do we state that this amount is paid simply for a group post — we offer much more than that.

Regarding the status of your post: when a user manually unpublishes a listing and selects “Other” as the reason, the system automatically marks it as “Found.” This doesn’t mean we are claiming your cat was found — it’s simply how the platform technically processes closed listings.

We also want to clarify that we issued a full refund, even though the services you paid for were already carried out. Advertising campaigns had already been launched, and your listing had already received visibility. Nevertheless, we chose to refund you entirely to ensure you didn’t feel taken advantage of.

As for your review: we do moderate the most critical comments, not to hide feedback, but to protect other users who are in a vulnerable emotional state. Our goal is to maintain a supportive space for those searching for their lost animals. However, we do read every comment internally and take suggestions seriously in order to keep improving the platform.
