Great service as always - always get good comms and reminders and all the staff are friendly and helpful - I think the prices are hard to beat - special call out for Richard in Multicar policies, who is knowledgeable, experienced and a great guy to chat to about older vehicles, while the computers are whirling away in the background

Website for loading up car info is a bit clunky and unfriendly,
Will not accept photos direct taken on a. IPhone and have to figure out how to convert them (being a senior a bit more difficult than expected)

Had policy with this company for 4…
Had policy with this company for 4 years, more expensive than most but thought they were reputable, never claimed, all good so I thought. Sold my vehicle 3 months into my new annual policy and expected the direct debits to stop and was accepting of a cancellation fee of £75. Astonishingly was told I needed to pay £337 to cancel the policy as it was monthly paid and they have to pay the credit broker. Basically it’s cost me the same amount if I hadn’t even cancelled the policy, unbelievable they can get away with this, buyers beware !!!

The most greedy company I've ever had…
The most greedy company I've ever had the displeasure to use. If only I'd paid extra and insured with a decent company. Tried to add my Dad and my girlfriend onto my insurance, mature drivers with no claims or convictions and wanted £500 extra. Last company I used it was an admin fee! They even want £10 for me to put my private reg on. Never again and this review will be posted everywhere I can put it! Avoid this company.

We understand how frustrating it can be when the cost of making changes to your policy is higher than expected. However, as an insurance broker, we do not generate insurance premiums or control how insurers assess risk. Any additional premium required to add drivers or make changes to a policy is calculated by the insurer based on their underwriting criteria and risk assessment, and unfortunately this is outside of our control.
We also appreciate that our £10 administration fee may feel frustrating. As a broker, we charge fees for the services we provide, including arranging policy amendments and managing changes with insurers on our customers' behalf. These charges help cover the operational costs of providing our service, and routinely waiving them would not be sustainable for our business.
To ensure customers can make an informed decision, all applicable fees and charges are disclosed before a policy is purchased and form part of the agreement accepted at the point of sale.
We're sorry that your experience has left you feeling dissatisfied, but we do appreciate your feedback and will take your comments on board. We wish you all the best with your future insurance arrangements.
