After receiving a really high renewal price from our previous insurers this one was so much cheaper. We found them on money supermarket and the advisers are lovely. Very friendly too

Absolute total RIP OFF- Policy was…
Absolute total RIP OFF- Policy was cancelled, I didn't get my emails etc due to personal circumstances, was refunded LESS THAN HALF what I paid so basically cost me £85 for around two week's insurance, eventually got through on the phone and was given the usual small-print jargon. Typical of today's culture of being ripped off rather than having a service provided. If I could leave less than one star I would, will NEVER use again.

This is an absolute criminal insurance experience…
This is an absolute criminal experience for insurance.
1. No phone contacts on website... (Expect to wait a really long time to get anything updated or answered)
2. The staff do not look at the messages you send them & ask all the same Q's that you've already answered constantly..
3. I can only advise you look elsewhere & take heed of the negative reviews on here, this is a really shoddy excuse for vehicle insurance - They stack all the cards against you & when you need to discuss anything, it's painful.
Expect to take the day off work to get any resolvement.

i did not want to renew …
i did not want to renew did so on the app, and then you sent me a a agreement for a direct debit,Very bad experience,I also messaged them to not renew but they still sent the direct debit renewal agreement,Was told somebody had forgot to cancel the direct debit,Also i took my new insurance out with performance direct , And they must be the same company

We contact you via email to notify you of the renewal. We ask you to log in, view the renewal quote and review any documents that need attention. In addition, the renewal notice advises you to contact us in plenty of time to stop the renewal if you do not wish to continue cover. I can see you selected to switch off auto renewal after the process had begun, so this is why your policy had renewed.
After investigating this, your policy has since been lapsed and your direct debit cancelled. If you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Well, we had a little "slip-up" on the admin side but it was rectified in speed of light time, so, no issues here, all seems to be great with polite and professional staff that have attention to detail and seem most helpful - 5 stars all the way as a new customer I'd certainly recommend the service that I have received.

We also advise customers at the point of purchase that amendments to policy details are subject to a £50 broker fee. In your case, this charge was reduced as a gesture of goodwill.
